Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We can highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

Great Location definitely recommend it as a base to go around Crete and the backyard was lovely !

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is spacious, very well equipped and very flexible. The surrounding is absolutely beautiful. Even though we came at the end of season and the weather wasn't perfect anymore, we enjoyed every minute. Aleksandra and her family are very caring and supportive, true hosts!

Host was so helpful. Apt was lovely we especially loved the veranda and having breakfast on it at sunrise. Very peaceful. Apartment had all the amenities you need and it’s great having a washer.

Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

Beautiful place in front of the beach and near Balos. Sara speaks Italian and for me it was a very precious thing! The girls who were at the restaurant were very kind. The breakfast offered is very good, both sweet and savory! I recommend it because by making it your base you can see the most beautiful beaches of Crete.

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!

Nikolaos is very friendly, helpful and was always available. Everything was very clean. The apartment is located in a very quiet location with fantastic views of the sea. Taverns are within walking distance after a few meters. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Highly recommend staying at Simos's place! Very well-maintained, short walk away from many shops and restaurants, and the view of the water from the balcony is spectacular. Very much enjoyed our time there!

We loved the large balcony that wrapped around the apartment . The sunsets were incredible from there. The outside & inside furniture was of a very good quality and it was great to be able to sit out in the evenings. Inside is very well designed, a great layout, the kitchen is very well equipped and the sofas are very comfortable, the view from the sitting room and kitchen has an incredible sea view . The bathroom is really spacious with a great shower and 2 basins , all of a high standard. The 3 bedrooms all a good size, had lovely views towards the old village and town built up in to the mountain . The bedding was of an exceptional quality. The apartment was so close to the beach & to the the old town. We had incredible meals at both. A bus stop at the end of the road and many supermarkets were great too. Both Phillipe & Michelle were excellent hosts, attentive & helpful, you couldn’t fault them. We loved our stay! Thank you!

The house is very nice, quiet, a few steps from a beach with a few umbrellas already on the beach and sun loungers present in the house (maybe an umbrella to carry around would be useful). Vasilis was precious with his advice (we followed them more or less all!), he does everything to make you feel comfortable and is ready to follow the suggestions to improve (shower box absolutely to be repaired and a clothesline is needed, currently the space for laundry is really small, especially for 4) and if a problem arises, he takes action to solve it; thanks also to his dad, for being so patient and diligent in solving some small problems of the moment🙏🏽. The kitchen is comfortable, well-stocked, clean (maybe to add a microwave, but it is not essential). The bed and bath linen is clean and of a good standard... Vasilis, keep doing your best to maintain this wonderful little house that we left with a heavy heart.❤ Thank you again for everything.

Manos and Christina were very friendly and responsive. All of our questions were answered promptly. The house was a little difficult to find at night but Christina was there at check in to show us around. At the house, there were supplies like eggs, lunch meat, bread, fresh fruit, olive oil , and a bottle of wine. This was greatly appreciated as we arrived after dark and it gave us some breakfast food for the morning. We loved the sound of the waves at night lulling us to sleep! The hosts also changed the bedding and sheets after a couple of days which was extremely thoughtful and generous. The house is close to many restaurants and has a few super markets near by. Close beaches were also nice and we enjoyed the peacefulness they provided prior to the big tourist season. Lake Kournas was beautiful and only about an hour drive from the house. Having a car was nice but not entirely necessary for the house’s location. Driving in Crete can be a little daunting but doable!
