The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!
