If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Elburg - Fortress "Bij de jufferen"

This monumental residence (1850) with many authentic details is located in the medieval fortress of Elburg. On the first floor is the private entrance. You can also put your bikes there. On the first floor (old steep staircase😉) you will find a cozy living room with kitchen. Also here is the staircase to the loft where the bedroom is. You have access to your own kitchen with ( simple) cooking facilities. The green rampart is 50 meters away and you have a view of the historic church tower

Dit appartement op de begane grond beschikt over een kleine patio. Beide ruimtes hebben een fris interieur en zijn geschikt voor langer verblijf. Een eigen plek, ideaal gelegen nabij bioscoop, supermarkt en parkeergarage.

Our B&B is located in Oldebroek, centrally located on the nature-rich Veluwe with its many cycling routes and hiking trails. The Room Our B&B has all the comforts. A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

The Nutcracker: cozy farmhouse front house

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback bridge farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as a cozy stay for 2 guests who are eager for peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has a private entrance . You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bike. The many cycling, hiking and canoe routes let you experience the National Park Weerribben-Wieden in all seasons.

Cozy cottage, close to sand dunes

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland.

'The First of November' Sfeervol Guesthouse

Het huisje is een pareltje aan het Ganzendiep. Een oase van rust en tegelijkertijd op 20 minuten fietsen (10 autominuten) van het historische centrum van Kampen. Het huisje is warm en stijvol ingericht waardoor je je direct welkom en thuis voelt. Afstand tot Kampen 10 autominuten, afstand tot Zwolle 30 autominuten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen (eventueel met baby, campingbedje niet inbegrepen) en solo-avonturiers.

The ex-bakery has been converted into a cozy apartment. The bakery has its own entrance and has all the comforts, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with refrigerator. A short steep ship's staircase leads up to the bedroom (double bed or two single beds). You will sleep here under the beams. You can use the adjacent (shared) utility room. Here you have access to a stove and combi oven. The reservation is without breakfast.
