The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Our completely new water villa (8 persons) is located directly on the Veerse Meer. You can just jump in! The North Sea Beach is only 2 kilometers away. In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. The area is beautiful for walking, boating, surfing, cycling, visiting towns and villages, etc. With four bedrooms (all of them with a double bed) and a fully equiped kitchen. Sleeping at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique spot with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for arranging breakfast and lunch yourself. The studio is very well insulated, has underfloor heating and in exceptional hot days floor cooling. A wonderfully quiet environment for relaxing, cycling, hiking or just reading a nice book.
