Our vacation home is close to the beach, 300 meters away. It is a detached and sunny house with a spacious garden around it. Ideal when you want a beach vacation with small children or are looking for the tranquility of nature with a few friends! In the pre- and post-season, wonderful beach walks, in the summer a fantastic and safe bathing beach. Close to the storm surge barrier and the Eastern Scheldt. Ideal for cycling! The Veerse Meer is on the other side of the dike, with plenty of opportunity for water sports.

Beach villa Kamperland-Huis aan Zee Zeeland

This fully detached villa is suitable for 6 people. Deep and very spacious garden, fully fenced. The living room has a separate dining area and open kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with luxurious Auping box spring beds (In all 3 rooms, the 2 beds per room are placed against each other as a "double" by default, but can also be easily separated from each other) and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. There is parking space for 2 cars. Almost on the beach. You can walk there in no time.

Garden room Zand&Meer

Zand&Meer is a cozy, stylish guest room featuring a lockable veranda with an outdoor kitchen. The room is located behind the house in the spacious garden. The shower is located in the room and there is a separate toilet. At the time there are guests, we are not present and you will have the entire outdoor space to yourself. The beach (3 km) and Veerse Meer (2.5 km) are easy to reach. You can park your car in the driveway. A place to enjoy! Tourist tax (€1.75 p.p.p.n) will be collected separately.

House on the lake, between dunes and sea

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Beautiful, luxurious 6-person holiday home on Lake Veere This beautiful six-person bungalow was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with all contemporary luxuries. The cosy holiday home with outdoor fireplace is within walking distance of Lake Veere and close to the centre of Kamperland. "The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

Nearby is all kinds of things to do, walking distance to the Veerse Meer and close to the atmospheric towns of Goes and Zierikzee. The North Sea beach is a fifteen minute drive away from here. Supermarket and several restaurants at walking distance!

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
