Holiday rentals with beach access in Kampos Marathokampou

Evde yedi kişiye kadar konaklayabilirsiniz. Konumu Vathy limanına yürüme mesafesinde ve sakin bir bölgede. Evin manzarası çok güzel, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz neredeyse. Ev çok temiz ve bakımlı, birden çok balkon var. Mutfakta çoğu eşya var. Despina her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Misafirperverdi. Tavsiye ederim.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Studio von Vicky, da es ruhig, in der Nähe des Ortes und einiger Strände gelegen ist. Einige Wanderrouten starten direkt in der Nähe. Die Eltern von Vicky haben uns mit Wein, Mousaka und Kuchen verwöhnt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Beautiful two-bed, two-storey, modern apartment with traditional finishes and modern appliances in a quiet and serene location. We swam several times a day off the rocks at a small pebbly beach, literally a 2min walk, with no one else around. So good. It's a 15min scenic drive into town through small villages; so rustic, and so beautiful, with thermal springs and more swimming spots on the way. It was just how we imagined Ikaria. Amanda was great to deal with and super-helpful. We'd stay here again for sure!

Very lovely host, she was in contact throughout my stay and very helpful. Very fast in responding. Would have loved to meet her in person but maybe I can come back another time :) would stay again!

The room was perfect and in pristine condition. Evangelia was the nicest person, kind-hearted, always helpful and reactive to every request. She is also an incredible source of information, knowing and suggesting every place that allowed me to enjoy enjoy my short Icarian stay to the fullest 😄 I warmly recommend Evangelia's place. I will be back in Ikaria, and I will surely be back at Evangelia's.

Leiligheten er perfekt til 2 personer, koselig og veldig rent. Den har en fin terrasse der man kan sitte med et fin utsikt. Det ligger bare 5 minutter unna midt i smørøye. De er veldig hyggelige og lett å snakke med.

Siamo stati benissimo nella casa della Signora Irini e del Signor Fotis: alloggio pulitissimo con vista splendida sul villaggio, sui monti e sul mare. Irini e Fotis sono stati gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni dettaglio,con un senso straordinario dell'ospitalità che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa. L'appartamento è comoda e confortevole in un'ottima posizione a Ikaria. Consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Maria war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Apartment unmittelbar am Stand nur empfehlen! In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist alles was man braucht und der Ort selbst ist auch sehr beschaulich. Gerne wieder!

Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι σε πολύ ήσυχο δρομάκι, δυο λεπτά απ’ το λιμάνι & όλα τα μαγαζιά! Η Μαρία μας συνάντησε στο λιμάνι & μας πήγε στο σπίτι, μας εξήγησε τα πάντα για το σπίτι & για το μέρος (παραλίες, εστιατόρια, μέρη που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε), ήταν ευγενικότατη & πάντα στη διάθεση μας. Το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε & με το παραπάνω, από δωράκια καλωσορίσματος, πράγματα για πρωινό μέχρι καλλυντικά, καθαριστικά & χαρτικά. Νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα & ευπρόσδεκτοι.

Wir waren zu 2 vor Ort. Eine super schöne und moderne Unterkunft die trotzdem noch den griechischen Charme nicht verloren hat. Alles super sauber gewesen. Tolle Gastgeber!

My friend and I had a great stay in Eleni’s place. We appreciated the dog-friendliness. Eleni was very communicative and guided us to the house via messages in the middle of the night after our arrival by boat in Evdilos. It was easy to heat up the apartment using the airconditioning, as the nights were still cold mid April. We would definitely stay at Eleni’s if we come back to Ikaria again.

Staying at the Stone House Guesthouse truly felt like a dream — especially waking up every morning to that stunning sea view. The home itself is full of charm and peace, perfect for soaking in the beauty of Samos. I had a little mishap with the washing machine (completely my fault), and the hosts took care of it immediately, no questions asked. The family and friends nearby are warm, responsive, and always ready to help — you feel genuinely supported throughout your stay. To explore the island’s amazing beaches and hiking trails, you’ll need a car or scooter — and Dimitri has you covered with reliable wheels, just let him know. A fantastic base for a relaxed and immersive island experience. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Nana gerçekten çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Bizi kek ve çay ile karşıladı :) Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar da çok temiz. Ertesi sabah gözleme ve omlet ikram etti, çok düşünceli ve ince biri. 1 gece kaldık ama bir daha gelirsem kesin burada kalırım :) Herkese tavsiye ediyorum :)

Samos ta ikinci eviniz. Evin içinde kahve makinasından çamaşır makinasına büyük boy bir buzdolabından ses sistemi ve dışarıda yemek istemediğiniz de kullanabileceğiniz bütün mutfak araç ve gereçlerine kadar her şey mevcut. Evin konumu itibari ile mükemmel bir manzarası var. Balkondan bütün Vathy’yi görebiliyorsunuz. Ev modern ve sade bir şekilde dekore edilmiş. Eve adım attıktan sonra kendinizi sıcak bir ortamda buluyorsunuz. Bunların yanında ev sahibi Lefteris’in harika evsahipliği ve sıcakkanlılığı sayesinde yıllardır birlikte yaşadığınız komşunuzu ziyaret etmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Samos’ta bizleri her zaman sıcakkanlı bir şekilde karşılayacak bir komşumuzun olmasını bilmek harika bir duygu!

This is a very special house in a very special village. Location wise, it’s off the path beaten track but that’s absolutely what you want in Ikaria! Close to the port of Edilos if you want some action, but my advice would be to take things slow, the Icarian way, and enjoy the beauty the village of Karavostamo has to offer. A Freddo cappuccino from the local bakery while you read a book on the wonderful outside coffee table overlooking the town. This town is scored by the sound of Cicadas— a wonderful music, poetry can be heard and felt wherever you go. Lefteris and his wife were beyond lovely and generous— thank you for the delicious produce. We also made friends with a local cat, named her Hera. Hope to meet all of our friends again! This is where you want to stay in Ikaria :)

We had such a nice time in Karavostamo and in Menelaos' apartment. Ikaria is a unique and beautiful island that is definitely best explored by car, we do not drive but still managed to get around a bit by hitchhiking and walking. The people of Ikaria are so friendly and always willing to help and chat. That of course includes Menelaos! He was so helpful and kind to us whilst we stayed in his apartment, offering many recommendations and tips on what to see. We really hope to come back to Ikaria again, as there was a lot we missed. I highly recommend staying in this apartment :)

Monolocale piccolino, ma funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario: asciugamani, asse da stiro, phon per i capelli, bollitore, tostapane, …. Posizione ottima e host gentilissimo.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα για μεμονωμένο επισκέπτη, ζευγάρι και ζευγάρι με παιδί. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο κοντά στα περισσότερα εμπορικά καταστήματα και στα καταστήματα εστίασης. Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο ικανό να προσφέρει ανέσεις είτε πρόκειται για μικρή είτε και για μεγαλύτερη διαμονή.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Merkeze çok yakın ve gürültüden uzak bir konumda. Gece balkonda oturmak çok keyifliydi. Sabah deniz manzarasına uyanmak güzeldi. 3 gece kaldık ve memnun ayrıldık. Teşekkür ederiz

We had a fantastic staking at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and exactly like described. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Klein aber fein, wer es im Urlaub gerne einfach mag. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Nicht zu viel Schnickschnack aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist schön, gerade weil man direkt mit dem Hafen und den überaus freundlichen Nachbarn verbunden ist. Trotzdem hat man irgendwie seine Ruhe. Das ist Griechenland pur und die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist auch ein Traum. Es ist möglich, im Hafenbecken zu schwimmen oder 10 Schritte weiter in der anderen Bucht. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es viele , mit den schönsten Kieseln, die ich je gesehen habe. Die Wanderrouten sind toll aber leider nur teilweise ausgeschildert. Yannis hat einen Wanderführer dort. Besser ist es, sich auf das Handy zu verlassen. Dann wird man mit einer vielfältigen Natur belohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Dimitri ve ailesi harika ev sahipleri, evde en ince ayrıntıya kadar dikkat edilmiş ve tertemizdi. Gagou plajı eve çok yakındı, pazar sabahı yakındaki kilise çanlari harika bir deneyimdi. çarşı ve restoranlar çok yakın. umarım bir daha Dimitri ve evine konuk oluruz.
