House holiday rentals in Kanab

This is a great property for multiple families. We had great space to spread out. The hot tub & pool was great for after long days at the parks. Kanab is a great location for a home base when visiting the parks. Very cute town with quaint restaurants. The ROAM excursions are an absolute must! Guides are amazing & we really enjoyed our excursions! Fun for the whole family! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was what we’d hoped for - beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location, both locally for amenities and for exploring further out, was ideal. Very highly recommended.

House was amazing! Perfect location for all the exploring we wanted to do, from North Rim Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Dark Skies area and UTV adventures. The house itself was beautiful and loved the ping pong table! It was a great place to relax and make meals and just feel like we were at home. If you are thinking about staying to be in the perfect in between all the things, this is the place. Andrew was super helpful and got back to me within a few hours if there were questions. Great overall experience!

This place is exactly as described! It was so cozy and in pristine condition! We went on National Park tour and this place was centrally located to both Zion and Bryce Canyon! We enjoyed coming back at the end of the day to the peaceful backyard and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

After another booking fell through, Samantha was very quick to answer and get us into her place. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is in a great location, close to anything you may need. The house was clean, comfortable, and large enough for all 6 of us. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

Everything was great! There's so much attention to details. We travelled as a family and were able to reserve both of Monte's cabins (they are side by side). It was awesome!

What a great place to stay while accessing Bryce and North Rim. Comfy quiet and clean plus a responsive helpful host make this 5 stars. Loved the grilled cheese place in town too!

My family and I had the best time ! Laura and Keith were so nice and quick to respond and recommend hikes and stargazing locations! We loved that they literally had everything you need in a kitchen and home. Very clean, beautiful home and views !Well worth it! Highly recommend! 😊

Place was great. Super clean and easy to manage. Host provided so many different supplies for us to use. Private view and land. Hot tub was definitely nice to use after long hiking days. The only hiccup was I ran out of propane in the middle of a grilling session. However, we didn’t mention it to the host, I’m sure he would have replaced it if I asked. Would definitely come back again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This place was the perfect location surrounded by beautiful red rock mountain views! Very clean and host communicated well. Sent us recommendations of things to do and even had a book with information of all the fun things to do in the area. We loved the town of Kanab. It is a hidden gem! So many unique and quaint places to eat and things to explore! Our favorites while visiting was Sand Caves, Pink Coral Sand Dunes, Belly of the Dragon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon! There were hikes right outside the back door which we did on our first day. Very quiet area and nice pool! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading in the afternoons. There is even a local park nearby we took a picnic lunch and had a wonderful time. Just a beautiful area and we hope to stay here again next time!

This was a great place for our group of 6. Plenty of towels and amenities!! One little hiccup with the hottub, but the hosts were responsive right away. Thanks for having us!

Hiker’s Hideway was an excellent home and spot for our family vacation. There was ample space for our family of 6 to spread out and have their own space (grandparents, parents, kids 9 & 11). The outdoor area is very nice and the views are stunning. Grilling area and multiple seating areas to hang out outside and enjoy the scenery. Easy access to Bryce, Zion, and North Rim Grand Canyon. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Neighborhood is very nice and close to downtown. Neighborhood pool right around the corner to cool off. We had an amazing time and loved this space - thank you!

The Gathering Place was perfect! From the labels to the double washer/dryers, to the outside spaces this place is perfect! We enjoyed relaxing after long days of hikes in the comfortable beds and living spaces. We had picnic style dinners outside and just overall loved our stay! I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with multiple families. There is plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. Great location with beautiful views. The only caution is the water temps when multiple people are using the water! We experienced both extremes suddenly. Not a problem, just something to be aware of when showering. Also, the basement was a lot cooler than the upper floors. Again, not a problem, just something to be aware of if you like to sleep at a certain temperature. We day tripped all over Southern Utah/Northern Arizona and enjoyed the whole trip! We can’t wait to visit Kanab again one day!

This should be called Wonderful Little Place! It’s a lovely secluded spot only a 5-10 min drive to town. The property is beautiful, the shower is tall enough for a basketball player, and the bed is like clouds. I was quickly accommodated for an early check in need and the property manager was so fast to respond for any and all communications. I’ll definitely visit again.

The house was perfect! There were tons of both fun and relaxing options of things to do when we weren’t out exploring. The kitchen was completely stocked. They even had extra amenities that we would normally have to put on the list for once we hit the store. Just the attention to the little things that help lessen the vacay stress. Hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. Thanks so much! Looking forward to next time!

We had a great 2 day stay. For us it was a jump off for Bryce, Zion, and North Rim visits. All within 1.5 hours. The house was perfect for us. Clean and modern interior with a nice balcony. Jimmy was responsive and down to earth friendly. Located in a rural suburban town, very quite and peaceful. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

Incredible home with everything and more a family (or two!) needs at a home base. We had more space than we needed, but the house was spotless and the pool and yard were the perfect spot to rest and recharge between our many adventures. So much information shared prior to and upon arrival about things to do and see. The pool was clean and lovely and the hot tub was also fun to have. Any minor issues we encountered were handled almost immediately and while we were away from the house. We have already recommended Kanab and this house to others as the perfect spot for a National Parks vacation. Thank you!!

It was a great stay at Robert's place. Beautiful Surrounding views, spacious, clean and tidy house, well organized kitchen and grill, big garage, easy to find, beautiful walkable surroundings. Worth a stay in Kanab to visit Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe, Antelope canyon and North RiM. All around 1-2 hr drives.

Allen's place was a lovely, modern and spacious accommodation which was ideal for exploring southern Utah. The photos were an accurate depiction of the home. The beds and linens were very comfy, the location was quiet and the blackout drapes also helped to ensure a great night's sleep. The bathrooms were new and the master bath in particular was huge. We loved the location near the gorgeous red rock mountains "K-Hill", which is central to Kanab. We enjoyed doing a short hike on the K-Hill, which was right next to the property. We were sorry to leave this beautiful and comfortable home and would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to this area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Douglas’s home. The beds were very comfortable and so were the furnishings in the living room. The home was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. The location is perfect for exploring the area around Kanab. If you have your dogs with you, this is perfect. There is a gate to close off the kitchen if you need to leave the doggies in the house while you go out. The fenced backyard is nice for dogs. The are steps as well as a ramp for older dogs to access the yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kanab! Thank you Douglas and Wendy!

The property looks just like the pictures, inside & out! It’s gorgeous with beautiful views of red rock buttes and hiking trails on the property. The hosts are welcoming and responsive and we enjoyed talking with them. The cottage is quiet (you can see the highway, but the house is oriented away from it). The kitchen is well appointed – we cooked every night – and there are several outdoor eating options. In the bedrooms, there are suitcase racks and small drawers, but no closets or hooks. The horses are beautiful (you’re near the barn) and it’s a great base for exploring the area. We’d love to come back!

We had a great stay with our pup Magnolia! The location of the house being right in the center of town was so convenient and allowed us to hit 3 national parks in 3 days! If we venture back to Kanab, we’ll definitely look for this spot first!
