Holiday houses in Kanapitsa

Three of us stayed at Litsa’s house. It’s a proper Greek house with plenty of space, lovely views and close to the beach. We named the beach ‘ours’ as it was so close and quiet. The house is well furnished .George was great and took us to the supermarket ( we did not have a car). He called briefly most days to see if we needed anything. Meeting Litsa and George was part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. I could try out my ligo ellinika, they were patient with my attempts to communicate. He offered to take us to the airport which was a great help. The walk to the mini market and bus stop for regular buses to town and other beaches is about 10-15 minutes up and downhill in places, so one needs to be relatively mobile, but it’s a beautiful stroll, even with my dodgy knees. We loved the house the garden the many places to sit outside. And it was away from crowds, so private. We self catered so can’t recommend restaurants which would be a 10 min walk away. Constantinos was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His home was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The photos don’t show how nice it is! The was no air con and the ceiling fans were not enough for us with the hot evenings, so he kindly sorted out floor fans on our request. The views were so beautiful from wherever you were around the house and patio. We got up early to watch the sunrise. There are plenty of beaches nearby but as a car is necessary (due to the steep hill to the house) you can easily access any of the beaches along the south side. Achladies the nearest beach was lovely and peaceful with a nice restaurant bar. We really felt very happy with everything. Thankyou

I just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning house in Skopelos Town. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the sea, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the incredible light and energy that make this island so magical. The house itself is absolutely perfect — like something out of a fairytale. It’s beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Bar and her partner are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the port when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, making our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb experience in Skopelos, look no further. This place is a dream — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is a beautiful home, in a very peaceful and picturesque part of Skiathos. Vicky is a lovely lady Always ready to help with anything, also she left us some very useful food items for Breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and views to die for. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you.

We booked a last minute (baby moon) trip and were delighted that George’s place was available, from start to finish communication was brilliant. George and his mother went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accomodation is set in very peaceful green part of the island, a small walk to a small shop, local restaurants and a local beach one side, and the other an adventure by 4x4 to the harder to get to beaches (this was our favourite). The garden is beautifully maintained it was so lovely to wake up to and have breakfast in, the bed was extremely comfortable and bedding so perfectly ironed it was such a treat to sleep in. A lovely big shower. All the woodwork and furniture is beautifully curated and handmade by George himself. We couldn’t fault our stay and recommend you book without delay. We will 100% be back (with baby) Thank you for making our week so special!

The house is fantastic, very private - you could hear the neighbours but aren't overlooked at all and the view from the terrace is unforgettable! Everything at the house was very comfortable and as described. The kitchen is well equipped. The little beach is a short walk down a path down through garden and is very peaceful. The house is very close to the bus service between Skiathos town and Koukounaries beach so very easy to get everywhere apart from the northern beaches so you need a hire care if you want to explore more. A couple of excellent tavernas within a short distance of the property. Fred was an amazing host - he was very communicative from the moment we booked. He went out of his way to settle us in, meeting us the airport and even helping us book a restaurant for the first evening. Fred gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches to explore. It was a wonderful week - we were gutted to leave and are already planning the next trip back!

Great place to stay excellent location with a bar right around the corner with beautiful views. Maja was very helpful with check in and advice and tips. Definitely recommend
