Charming newly renovated 3 bedroom home with private suite, huge fully fenced back yard and 2 big screen TVs. Fantastic neighborhood is very safe and quiet but extremely centrally located to entire KC metro area: 12 minutes to downtown KC & close to tons of shops and restaurants. Enjoy a meal on the huge back deck or a cup of coffee on the front porch. Family friendly location is easy walking distance to large park with playground, tennis courts, and walking trail.
