Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kansas

Beautiful and comfortable home and very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Dana communicated really well and answered any questions we had right away. Will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

The rooftop patio and cleanliness of the space is the star of the show here. After a long day of travel, sitting outside and watching the sunset from the patio resets all the batteries. The bathroom is so chic and clean. I took a picture of the tiled floor because I could not get over it. The space, bed linen and bath towels were pristine. The couch looked worn and faded compared to the rest of the space. I did appreciate the clean cushions on the outdoor chairs! There were some sweet and welcoming touches. If you put the address in your gps, it will take you to the front of the house of course. But you need to be at the back of the house, in the alleyway, to find the white box to park in. If our travels take us though Kansas City again, this will be my top choice.

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

This has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked! The home felt personal and private, and the surrounding landscape is beautiful! Madelyn gave us permission to host our very small wedding (12 people) at her home, and it was the perfect place to get ready and share meals with our families. We held the ceremony on a nearby hilltop and it was magical at sunset! There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, with several little picturesque nooks/corners if you need to get away from the crowd. 10/10 would recommend booking :)

This was our second visit and we love the house and location away from the city. The grill worked great and we enjoyed the farm fresh eggs that were provided! The house was stocked with everything we needed.

The property was very well cared for and set up for our stay. It is a few miles from town which makes it very peaceful with alot of walking areas. Great communication throught the process.

Nothing fancy (it’s an old house) but if you have dogs this place is amazing. Huge fenced yard for our dog to run in after a long road trip. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. Short drive to town and easy on and off the highway. Perfect for our family and dogs!

From the moment I walked into Cheryl's place I knew I was in the right place. I loved everything about it. I was in Overland Park for a convention and ended up working long days. It was so nice to come home to such a peaceful and well-appointed space. The apartment is very spacious and has every thing you would ever need. It is within walking distance of downtown Overland Park, which is a lovely town with great places to eat and get coffee. Cheryl is a very friendly and attentive host. I loved that she cares about meeting her guests and I enjoyed my converstion with her and her husband. All around this apartment is a gem and I look forward to returning. Thank you Cheryl!

Clean and comfy place to stay in a friendly and quiet Manhattan neighborhood. Loved the huge windows and natural light. I would definitely book this place again.

A convenient place to stay in Hays. Felt hard to stay quiet for downstairs neighbors due to squeaky floors, but everyone would deal with this and it provided a more authentic historical experience. Larissa was delightful in our conversations and responded basically immediately.

This place was super cozy. It’s clean, and organized, full of everything you might need. All of the instructions were clear and easy to read and Megan was super communicative and friendly. She’s a pro!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

Kimberly's place was exactly what my family needed. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. We loved having access to the kayaks. They were a lot of fun. The beds comfortable and the home itself is just adorable. I will definitely book the place again. A+++++++

The place was beautiful and so relaxing! We had a great time and Dee even gave up a loaf of bread, it was so yummy! This was the first Airbnb I stayed at that literally had everything we needed and more! She was extremely friendly and responsive. It is a wonderful, quiet little cabin with plenty of air conditioning to keep it nice and cold inside on some hot, windy Kansas days. The front window over looks a nice little pond with a water feature. I saw some deer in the area in the evening. She provided everything you need for a quiet, comfortable stay. It just a very well laid out cabin in a relaxing atmosphere. It's a great get away and I plan to go back and stay again soon. You are close enough to all the surrounding communities to get all the food and entertainment you need within a 20 minute or less drive but far enough away to avoid all the noise and fast pace of being in town. Come out and enjoy some peace and quiet.

This was our second time visiting Paw Print Cabin for a weekend family getaway, and we hope to return again someday soon. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfy stay: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games to play as a family. The surrounding land was fun to hike through and explore. Our kids had a lot of fun playing by the creek, and we all had fun on several outings to nearby attractions (Tallgrass Prairie and Chase State Fishing Lake). We'd highly recommend Fur N' Feather's Paw Print Cabin, and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Shereen was very responsive and helpful!! The place looked like the photos. It is a little walk to the lake and you can’t see the lake from the house but it was still beautiful countryside. Very spacious and lots of yard space for games and being outside. Didn’t use the lake front as water was really high and you couldn’t walk out to the dock because of this. Not her fault of course just be aware if you are renting during a rainy time. Lots of sleeping spaces and great kitchen!! Would definitely consider renting again.

Len’s place was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was spotless and clean. Linens were spotless, plenty of towels. We will definitely stay there again.
