Absolutely stunning house first time in Martinborough and we enjoyed every minute of it. It was picturesque and luxurious and worth the amount we paid for it. The hosts were amazing and made sure that our stay was very comfortable and that we had no issues. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is looking for a quiet weekend away. The location was amazing as well as it is very close to a lot of the wineries.

The perfect house. Sitting outside around the outdoor fire at night was amazing and the location to town couldn’t have been better. We loved how well setup the house was with great glassware. Thanks so much for having us, it made our weekend.

We stayed for a weekend to escape the city. The home is very modern, well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sarah was very friendly and responsive. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

We loved our stay! A very quiet, peaceful spot and a modern home with all the necessary amenities. Jo was friendly, and communicative, and even left us a wee welcome gift!! Awesome to have a pool and tennis courts available, and it’s super close to the middle of town.

This was the perfect home for our wedding party to get ready for our daughter’s wedding at Rose and Smith, and to come home to after the wedding. Both Shannon and Issy were so helpful and quickly responded to questions and the extra help we needed. I definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home.

We loved the tranquility and peace, and it was a great location near the beach. It's well set up and we loved the secure fences for our two Jack Russells. All in all, a very good choice for a leisurely weekend away from Wellington. It ticked the boxes.

We had a wonderful family weekend at the Big Bach, on the Kapiti coast. The beautifully configured rooms made it easy to house different parent & child family units, and we loved that the house was perfectly equipped for large groups. The restful sound of the sea, the walks on the beach, & the evenings in the spa made for a very relaxing mini break.

Staying at Chris’s Airbnb was a truly wonderful experience. The home was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming — it was clear a lot of care had gone into making the space feel like a home away from home. But what made the stay truly memorable was Chris himself. From the beginning, his communication was warm, clear, and prompt. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. You can really tell when someone loves being a host — and Chris absolutely does. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking — do it. You’ll be in great hands and will leave with a smile. Thank you again, Chris — I look forward to returning someday!

An amazing place to stay, recommended to all! Perfect for a family of four. The location is really close to the beach, it’s nice and peaceful and they offer a bunch of items like bodyboards and balls etc to use at the beach. We will definitely be making another booking to stay there in the future.

Great comms from Martin. Lovely old place with lots of charm. Spacious. Beds were super comfort, with great pillows & nice linen. Perfect for us as a 9-10 minute walk to our sports event. Supermarket & local shops close by.

Didn’t expect to stay as long as we did but we enjoyed the place so much we stayed longer.

My family and I had a lovely 2-night stay at Lis's property - it was peaceful and very clean, exactly like the photos. Kitchen was fully stacked with all the pots, pans, plates and cups you needed plus other kitchen appliances. Lis was very communicative and check in was easy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Otaki area. Plus, the little treat she left us was delicious! Thank you so much Lis x

Wonderful couple of days at the beach pod! Perfect location. Walkable distance to a well equipped Four Square, two wonderful cafes/restaurants open late, and just minutes from the beach! Lovely new pod with a gorgeous big, comfortable bed and an outdoor fireplace, BBq and outdoor bath. And dog friendly!! Great stay and would definitely recommend!! 😀

As it is the coldest time of the year, it would have been nice to have electric blankets on the two double beds to air the beds. The bed linen felt very cold and damp. But in saying that the bed linen was fresh smelling.

Such a lovely peaceful place. Beautiful neat and modern home. Well presented. Generous snacks and breakfast stuff which we didn't expect. A really great stay. We will certainly be back

We had a great long weekend here, really well set up for groups and families. The kids enjoyed the outdoor area and loved being able to walk down to the beach.

We will be back! An absolute gem planted on the dunes of Peka Peka beach, a short ten min drive to the Waikanae town or beach shops, and only 45 mins from Wellington but feels a thousand miles away. Stunning peaceful oasis with a million dollar view over the ocean and Kapiti island - if you hate mesmerising sunsets then you won’t like this place, otherwise prepare to be stunned. All you could need and more to cook up a storm and enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday in Pekadise with friends or family. Will absolutely be back again, thanks for a wonderful stay accommodating both early check in and late check out too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish.Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. walk to beach and lots of fantastic cafe and restaurants. Karen were truly the icing on the cake. she was incredibly friendly, hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a personalized, comfortable and memorable accommodation experience. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way!
