Our 1 bedroom apartment with almost 48 sqm was almost completely renovated in winter 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped with air conditioning and in the new season also with television. Instead of the bunk bed, there are 2 single beds in the bedroom next to the double bed. In addition to a new air conditioning system, a new 55-inch TV has been installed In the hallway there is a reading corner with couch, which can be taken out for a 5th person. In the immediate vicinity of Schmieheim Castle, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. In about 20 minutes you are at Europa-Park. Right outside the front door are a beautiful playground and large meadows. With a few steps you are in the forest or in the vineyards and can enjoy the view up to the Vosges Mountains from there. We have placed great importance on using only high-quality natural materials. You are surrounded by wood, clay and natural colors. An all-round healthy indoor climate.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. The tax will be included in the overnight rate. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

In front of the house there is a small terrace, 50 m from the market square with restaurants and lots of shopping.
