There are a total of 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living room. The apartment with real wood parquet can accommodate 4-6 persons, and as a special highlight, has a covered roof loggia with Schleiblick. Wifi, TV with Netflix. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 6 due to a spiral staircase.

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Fjord house on the Schlei, Kappeln, 6 people

The house is in a quiet location, only separated by a cul-de-sac from the Schlei. The apartment is on two floors. The upstairs living area offers a panoramic view to the west over the Schlei. The kitchen, open dining and living area and terrace also have a water view. The three bedrooms with double beds and bunk beds are located on both floors, each directly next to one of the shower bathrooms. There is a private terrace in front of the kitchen.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The bedroom also has a TV and a 180 x 200 double bed. €35 is due for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included here. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

Vacation home on the Baltic Sea

The detached vacation home Auf der Ostsee in Kappeln offers 120 m² of space for up to eight people. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, underfloor heating, a garden with terrace, balcony and good sea views. The sandy beach is only a few meters away. Private parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi and a garden house are provided.

Herne vacation apartment

I offer a cozily furnished apartment for 1-2 people, approx. 25 m² with living-bedroom (bed 140 × 200) kitchenette, walk-in shower. The first set of bed linen and towels up to 2 nights per person €12.50 is to be paid upon arrival at the check-in with the landlord. From the 3rd night, the bed linens are provided free of charge.

Slime moments for a fantastic vacation

Our apartment is on the second floor, right by the marina with a beautiful view of the Schlei. Watch the sailboats passing by from the balcony when the double-leaf folding bridge opens. The apartment is modernly decorated and the bright floor plan allows a direct view of the water.
