Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Our "Lütte Deern", built around 1860, has been welcoming guests from all directions for over 20 years. The traditionally thatched roof conveys a typical Nordic flair. In the course of several modernizations since 2017, traditional charm now blends with comfortable modernity to create an incomparable coziness.

This apartment is furnished for you on the upper floor of a former dairy. The apartment is 75 square meters and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and tub. In the garden, a seating area with a grill and garden furniture is ready for you. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 x double beds, as well as one with a single bed, so that the apartment is furnished for a total of 5 people.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
