We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

We enjoyed staying at Deniz's house. It is located on a quiet street but very close to the seafront and restaurants. The guest area occupies the entire second floor and has a separate entrance from the street, which is very convenient. The three bedrooms and dining area have lots of windows, providing plenty of fresh air. The three balconies are convenient as well. The house was clean and well-maintained. The garden added a lot of fun to our stay, as we were allowed to explore it and pick some fruits. We gave Deniz 5 stars and would love to stay there again.

I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time difference. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little higher, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to rest your head. If you come to Fethiye, this should definitely be one of your choices. I would like to thank Mr. Ufuk for everything.

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

The villa was great, the location was easy to find, clean, and welcoming at check-in.The inside of the villa is superb with lawns, greenery, decorations etc and the swimming pool is fresh.The host was very friendly, very patient, forgot something to the villa, the landlord helped send it back.Worth recommending, I will recommend to my friends.

I planned a marriage proposal for my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank brother Brigade and Tufan brother. Everything was so beautiful and meaningful, the time and amenities we spent in the house were great. Cleanliness was very important to us. We thought about buying a very clean and very romantic house for a while, thank you very much for😂 everything. We will definitely meet again...🙏

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!

We thank Ms. Halime for her hospitality. She was very tolerant and friendly. She met all our questions and needs. She hosted us very well. The location of the house was great. You can meet all your needs within walking distance. It was a nice experience. I recommend it.

Everything was as it was in the photos. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were spotless and tidy. In the same way, the pool was maintained and clean. A nice neighborhood for those who prefer a quiet, tranquil vacation. Fethiye is 1 hour from the center, can be reached by Saklikent minibuses. I would definitely like to stay again in the future. Before going to the accommodation, information and location sharing was made about the places to visit. When we arrived at the area where we stayed, they greeted us with a very smiling face with his wife and showed us the house and garden, and even picked their own plants and gave them to us as a gift, and also gave us wood bread made in a stone oven :) The next day, when I went for a walk with my wife, we were stranded on the road, we contacted Mr. Ali and he did not ignore the 1.5-hour road and saved us with the mechanic :) It is definitely recommended, we were very satisfied with both the house and the owners of the house. The house was very nice as a neighborhood, the food in the restaurants was very tasty and affordable in terms of price, the only villas were a little expensive, I wish they were more affordable, Kordon, Ölüdeniz , Calis beach, but a car is necessary. Our host was very interested and answered all our questions right away, and if we come to Fethiye again, we would like to stay in this house again.

It was a wonderful, beautiful, very peaceful place. When you come here, you don't want to go anywhere else. The house, pool, garden, all facilities are very clean. Mr. Öktem was also really interested. It is great to spend time both as a family and alone. If you want a holiday in touch with nature, water and sun without the chaos of the city, you should try this place.

Mr. Halil and his family are very caring and friendly people. Mr. Halil responds to your questions immediately. The house is as in the photos. The kitchen was quite sufficient, the pool was clean. There is a grocery store in the neighborhood where you can find most things. There are minibuses and buses passing by, so you won't have any problems with transportation. If you have a car, Fethiye coast is 13-15 minutes away.

The air bnb was really nice just like the picture. However the location was not the best, it is close to a bakery and market - 2 minute walk from the airbnb however the way to Oludeniz with the nice beach is quite far~ 1hr and you must take 2 dolmuşes to get there. but overall staff was frendly, helped us alot with directions and were attentive to our needs. If you are not planning to go to olüdeniz beach it is the perfect place to stay.

We had a great stay! The property is located a little away from the center of Fethiye, which ensures rest and relaxation. The furnishings are very modern and tasteful, everything was super clean. The host was straightforward and responsive. For our group of 8 people the house was perfect – enough space for everyone and very comfortable. You are dependent on a car or taxi to get to the center or the beach, but smaller supermarkets are within walking distance. Clear recommendation!

It was a unique experience that we lived in the middle of peace. We left the holiday we went to as a family without any problems, we did not want our holiday to end, especially in the evening we had a very good time by the pool. There is no grocery store problem in the neighborhood, everything is very close. It is very easy to go to Akmaz beach, which is 15 minutes away, from home. The house was in a completely quiet and clean location. We turned on our loud music by the pool and had a lot of fun. Mrs. Aynur and Mr. Eray were very interested. & Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

We were incredibly happy as a family. They are very sincere and decent people in every respect. Mr. Şafak and his father Mr. Şaban are very hospitable and very helpful in everything, I felt like I was in my own home. I will go again as soon as possible.
