A peaceful , Quiet farmyard in a historic granary

A quiet farmyard. It is situated half mile North of Neubergthal-a national Heritage site. The Red Granary was a building used for storing grain, and it was red and it had green doors. It is an original style from the early 1900’s We live on the same farmyard with 4 dogs and farm animals. But we each have our own space. Whether a guest wants to interact or wants privacy, both are easily attainable and respected. You MUST register your dog as a guest. (Dogs cannot be left alone in the Granary)

You will feel right at home at this fun, family friendly rental. If you want to stay in there are board games, books, tv and an activity space. If you feel like going out you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Lafave Park and the swimming beach are 2 blocks away. There are tennis courts, a basketball court and an outdoor hockey rink with warming house (winter) across the street. Restaurants and the downtown shopping are area within walking distance.

You will be close to everything when you stay in this conveniently located home. Across from the Ralph Englestad Arena, 2 blocks from the UND campus and less than 2 miles from downtown and the hospital. Ample private parking. Fenced yard and private patio with gas grill. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, plus an extra room with a bed, living room, family room with gas fireplace, dining room area and full bath. Downstairs has a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, laundry room and full bath.

Quaint Country Retreat

Enjoy the quiet of the country with the convenience of a short drive (5 miles) to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to UND and the Ralph Englestead Arena (anywhere in town, really). Accommodations include a 1930's country house with antique decor and lots of yard space. It's a private setting surrounded by trees.
