The apartment is located very centrally in a separate courtyard house and consists of 1 room, kitchen and shower/toilet distributed over 43 sqm. In the bedroom, there is a separable double bed, wardrobe, sofa group with TV. In the kitchen, there is a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other equipment. A bed is in the kitchen. In addition, there are two foldable tourist beds and a travel bed for small children. Freezer is in a storage room next door.

Great when the kids have a tournament at the arena, on a business trip, for a walk in the woods after work, on the way to and from the mountains. The cottage is a 5-minute drive from the E18, or for those of you who fish in Lake Vänern and have a boat trailer, we have plenty of space. Full kitchen. Bathroom with shower/WC. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
