Apartment "Main House" The apartment consists of a porch, a hall, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a pantry, a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with three beds and a large kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with articles of daily use like dishes, towels, bedclothes and so on. All existing devices (TV, radio, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board) can be used. In order to protect the environment hot water is heated by a solar system. Also, the power used is largely produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter the apartment is heated with an Pellet central heating but can also be heated with a wood stove. Firewood is provided. Wireless internet is available free of charge. There is also a second apartment named “Stüberl” in the former farmhouse. The second apartment can be rented separately.

Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.
