The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a listed villa, has a small hallway, 1 bathroom with tub and washing machine, 1 combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and 1 combined living and bedroom with a double bed, a sofa and two armchairs and a TV. This room has a stucco ceiling. There are plank floors and old stone floors everywhere. about 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the bus line. 5 minutes to the beach promenade.

Das Gebäudeensemble besteht aus einer großen Schlaf- und Wohnjurte und einem Häuschen, in dem sich die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad mit warmem Wasser befinden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Beautiful place to stay close to the center in a quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
