Im Sommer laden zahlreiche Wanderwege ein – vom Geo-Lehrpfad über die Karröster Alm bis zum Gipfelglück am Tschirgant. Im Winter lockt das nahe Skigebiet Hoch-Imst (nur 6 km entfernt) mit perfekten Pisten und Rodelspaß für Familien. Komm und lad deine Batterien auf – bei uns scheint (fast) immer die Sonne! 🌞

Experience special moments in our unique and family-friendly cabin. The log cabin is located in the Tyrolean village of Karres, which lies amidst the valley entrances of the Pitztal and Ötztal. A wooden cabin located in the valley, where you will experience contemporary comfort with TV, Wi-Fi, modern bathroom and a living room with kitchen, but coziness is not lost. The bedroom is made of pine wood and gives you a feeling of sleeping like on an alpine hut in the mountains of Tyrol.

Lebensmittelgeschäft 10 Autominuten entfernt. Viele Seen in der Umgebung. 6 Autominuten entfernt Ski/Wandergebiet für Kinder. Area 47 in der Nähe. Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.

Our Alpenblume has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. The dining area can accommodate 6 people. Right next to the dining area is access to the terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. There is also a double bedroom with TV for 2 people and a living room with a pull-out couch for another 2 people. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of parking spaces are provided. A lockable storage room is also included.

The Kunz House ++Larsen Studio with private sauna++

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
