This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our villa is a 5-minute drive from Kalkana, and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The view is magnificent. Our villa awaits you, our guests, for a peaceful vacation. The pool at our villa is larger and bigger than usual, measuring 50 square meters. There is a view of Patara Beach in the distance (visible from afar between two mountains).
