Cottage holiday rentals in Kashagawigamog Lake

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

My friends and I had the most wonderful girls' trip at Darlene's cottage this past weekend. The space was spotless, cozy, and very well stocked with all the necessities and beyond. We especially enjoyed the unique game room and the hot tub. Darlene even left us a s'mores kit, a bottle of wine, and a lovely note to welcome us! We highly recommend. 😊

Loved the cottage very clean, there was cleaning supplies and small things that they keep stocked with was very nice to be able to grab from when we ran out instead of going to town. The hot tub was great very clean, and the screened in porch out front was a great touch aswell.

Wonderful place to stay! very clean and exactly as depicted in description and photos! Tip: if you come in the spring, bring bug repellent!

What a sensational weekend get away. This cottage had it ALL! Brilliant decor, a kitchen that I would love to have in my own home! Such a well thought out layout and gathering areas for relaxing, eating and playing games. The decor….amazing. The games room, simply spectacular, and the downstairs tv area, just wonderful. The views were off the charts, beautiful, and we had the most incredible weekend. Erika was very accommodating and flexible with check in etc. The kitchen is well stocked and we had an exceptional weekend. Would rent again.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this cottage. The lakefront property is beautiful, clean, and our favourite part was watching the gorgeous sunsets that could been seen from the terrace as well as from inside. Jesse was easy to reach and made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were having a good stay.

Absolutely gorgeous place! The outside of the cottage is where you'll spend most of your stay, exactly as described. Responsive host, clean, would love to stay again.

This was my second time at Rebecca's place. As always it was clean, well stocked, and so incredibly peaceful. You cannot beat the views and the walk out sandy beach. I always feel right at home there. The beds are so comfy, the couch is nap worthy, and I could sit outside in an Adirondack chair and read all day long. Thank you Rebecca for the lovely accommodations. Highly recommend!

Kiki's place is like a little piece of heaven with a lake attached to it. If you want quiet, comfortable, and cosy, you don't have to look any further than this.

Our stay this past weekend was fantastic… Tracey helped our family out tremendously! After having another Airbnb have to cancel on us… Tracey came to the rescue! Her place is beautiful and peaceful. We stayed at Nicole’s place for 3 nights and had such a wonderful experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the neighbourhood was quiet and very friendly - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nicole was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond by letting us enjoy the entire day when we were supposed to be checking out because no one was checking in. It was such a kind gesture, especially since the weather was perfect! The price is more than reasonable for what you get. We will 100% be visiting again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Eh Frame Haus was awesome. The cabin is beautiful and private and the property is spectacular. We loved the private dock, hot tub and big living room-was roomy for 4 of us, but definitely enough space for 6 or more. Janessa was a great host and check-in and everything was easy. Can’t recommend this place enough, we had a great time!

(This review was written by my wife, Tami) As we drove up the secluded lane that led into the enchanted forest we knew that we had found a gem.The cottage was charming & spotless with a huge deck that set high up in the trees. The sauna & hot tub provided pure relaxation at the end of our days. The dock was huge with comfortable seating, we even had 2 loons gliding by each day! We hiked to waterfalls, fished & took the canoe for a paddle. Our pups loved our daily adventures! Mark was the perfect host & easy to contact if needed. We loved our time at this property! The cottage is pristine and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. Extremely helpful and responsive host. Will be back for sure!

My husband and I stayed at Alan and Rosalie’s place for our honeymoon with our pup Phoebe. We had the best time ever. The photos don’t even do this place justice. It really is a little slice of heaven. So private and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed going on walks through the various trails that are well maintained and relaxing on the dock. We will most definitely be back to visit! Alan and Rosalie were also very welcoming and responsive!

😍Wow! Beautiful location and cottage! We loved everything about this cottage. The side dining area gave a cozy/private spot to eat and play board games. Kitchen was absolutely perfect - on top of being clean and well stocked - it was a delight to cook in! Decor was well planned and designed, giving a peaceful, calming space. Very relaxing! So close to Sir Sam’s, it was a perfect spot for us this winter. Wish we booked for longer! The host was super helpful and very responsive.

Cannot recommend this cottage enough! Had a great time with my family, the apartment was fantastic, and the view was better than I could’ve imagined. 10/10 would recommend!

Our group was very impressed with this cottage. The location is perfect and has beautiful views. The cottage itself is flawless…It had everything our group needed, and more. Chris & Kate were very accommodating and responsive. Fishing off the dock was great. We had to cancel our golf game due to bad weather but the group wasn’t too upset since we had more time to spend at the cottage. I highly recommend this property and host. We will be back again!

Great spot. We stayed in the middle of winter. The place was amazing, Rayna was very responsive and we had a great time. A great place to stay for sure!! Fire place was well stocked and the hottub heated up for us. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Spent a relaxing long weekend at Amanda’s beautiful cottage. The space is gorgeous and full of light from the wrap around windows. Great open concept kitchen at the centre of the cottage which had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals. The fireplace is lovely on a chilly day and we spent a lot of time curled up on the comfy couches reading. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the linens are lovely. The space was immaculately clean! Outdoor space is fantastic with a beautiful view out over the lake. Comfortable patio furniture set up on the dock. Location of the cottage is great, with a few restaurants, bakery and shop 10 mins drive away. Communication with Amanda was great. She’s really helpful with clear directions to the cottage and instructions for everything organized in a booklet for your arrival. I would highly recommend anyone looking to relax by the lake rent this cottage. We are hoping to return often! The one is a gem! Thanks for having us Amanda!

Everything as expected, except the difficulty getting from vehicle to cottage. I have severe assessibility issues and one other person beside myself although not as severe as myself had some as well. With railing and mainly steps to water getting there doable. However the heavy stones and steep incline from driveway to stone steps and no railing with stone steps necessitated the 2 other guests supporting us other 2 quite a bit to get in and out. It looks as though you may be in the process of trying to address this problem. Certainly looked as though some leveling and tiering with retaining walls and railings might really help. That said, so grateful to have had the time at your beautiful spot.

Very cozy and quite cottage in Haliburton district. Easy to get anywhere. Bianka has prepared everything before we arrive. Definitely will visit next time.

Asif was great, his place is beautiful, cozy, good hpttub and there's ping pong and small pool table. Has a place for the outdoor fireplace. stores nearby and the drive to the beach is 8-12 min or so. really clean home and Asif was so accommodating and responsive and wcoming. would definitely reccomd this place and this host! Thank you Asif my friends and I had a wonderful time here.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Priolo on the Bay – Moody Escape, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Andy is a truly exceptional host. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet cozy escape. The cottage itself is immaculate – modern, stylish, and unbelievably comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end living and rustic charm. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it still offers every convenience imaginable: from fully stocked cutlery and snacks to campfire treats, firewood for both the sauna and outdoor firepit, a gas oven, extra lighters—you name it, it was there.The interiors are spotless and beautifully designed, making the entire space feel like a warm, peaceful retreat. Sitting by the fire, unwinding in the sauna, or just enjoying the serene forest surroundings—it all felt like a dream.This is the kind of place that makes you not want to leave!
