Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

A wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations! The property was clean and beautifully designed, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The host and housekeeper were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. However, the villa is a bit far from the ocean, so walking isn't ideal - a taxi or car is necessary to reach the beach but it's a small trade-off & completely fine with the price you pay for it. We would definitely recommend it:)

It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to coves, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The barbecue and pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disruptive.

The apartment is at a good distance to Rijeka and is therefore quiet and private. Check-in is flexible due to the existing key box and communication with the hostess was easy and satisfactory. By car, for which there is a parking space, we made day trips to Rijeka and Opatija. The trips were about 20 minutes away. For this price, the place is more than satisfactory.

Great apartment in Hum, everything was clean and nicely decorated. Private terrace was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Franko was very welcoming and we even tried his rakija, he makes it on his own. Recommended!

Let me just say, for 4 US travellers, this place became a second home for us. Sanja was so friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze, and the location was top-tier. If you’re in the Rijeka area, look no further. 10/10 holiday experience here.

It’s a lovely place very well equipped with all necessary things. The view from the terrace with a nice garden is fantastic. There is a SPAR supermarket within a walking distance about 10 minutes which is very convenient. We spent a very good time at Doris’s place and highly recommend to others. Doris, thank you so much for your great hospitality!

We spent a week here with a 2+1 child. Mr. Rolih is very accommodating, he let us into the home before it was announced. They responded to SMS immediately. Czech-English-German-Croatian. The apartment is very nice, newly renovated and fully equipped. My husband slept on a sofa bed, but he wasn't complaining. The wifi is working perfectly, so there was no problem with the home office. The location of the house is right on the road, so you must carefully exit the parking lot and the absence of sidewalks makes walking around the area impossible. Everything is still important, so it's a good idea to go. It is about 10 minutes or more to the sea, according to the chosen beach. Supermarket Plodine about 4 minutes. What we loved the most was the patio with the pool and the magnificent sea views. So far, we've enjoyed it ourselves, but after the renovation of the adjacent apartment, it will be shared with other guests. When you enter the pool, you leave the house and walk through the stairs two floors up, i.e. the keys to the house and take everything with you every time.

We had a lovely stay at Niko’s air bnb. Although we didn’t physically meet Niko himself, he was always very kind and responsive over phone. Instead we got a heartwarming welcome from his parents, who currently live beneath the air bnb. They were so kind and always helpful if we needed anything. The air bnb itself was super clean and exactly how the pictures described, even better. It’s nice to have the swimming pool near the sitting area. It makes the whole outside very cosy. A big thank you for the hospitality. We had an amazing stay.

Great choice for stay in Rijeka

The accommodation was as described and the front area was very large, which made the entrance with our 2 cars very easy. The hostess and her husband were extremely helpful and always available and on site within minutes to help. In addition, she gave us very good restaurant and bar tips for the nearby cities. I would actually even take another vacation in this villa, because I liked it so much. My girls and I were so grateful and left the hosts a small gift. 🫶🫶

Vacation is something..., is something you always look forward to and of course you hope that you have a good host family. We had a super nice and very friendly host family. Check-in was quite simple and fast, we were even allowed in upon arrival. No waiting until check-in time. Something like that is always very good. Renato was also always available. We felt very comfortable and were able to switch off from stressful everyday life. The tranquility was fantastic. Since we were traveling with a dog, we unfortunately could not go to the beach in Ičiči, but we could in Opatija. Opatija has a closed dog beach, so you can let the four-legged friends run without a leash. We wish our host family all the best 😊

very peaceful, nice and pleasant

Very friendly and always accessible host. The house is in a very quiet area with a very nice neighbor who never complained about noise or anything like that. The approach is a bit tight, but still quite feasible. The house itself is exactly as described. Supermarkets and the sea are accessible only by car.

The landlords were available at all times and came by in person when we had an issue and solved the problem. It all worked out and we had a relaxing time with 4 of us. A car should still be available,as the place is relatively high up. The place is definitely recommended and we are looking forward to seeing you again.

When we arrived, there was water and homemade syrup fresh. easter eggs on the small table and fresh fruit on the large table. We felt completely at home. Everything in the house is more than sufficient and very neat. We have been able to enjoy Gordana's cooking skills several times. The location is excellent for day trips to the Plitvice Lakes, Slovenia and Venice and of course the beautiful coast of Croatia. The village is very quiet and all friendly and helpful people. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Ðorðe’s place for the second time on our bike trip and we’ll come back if occasion occurs. Ðorðe is a very good host.

The flat is nicely furnished, right next to the church in the old town. The ringing was loud at first, but you can get used to it. Thank you for the great welcome from Antonija and Zrinko, we spent nice days in Bakar. Would recommend to everybody.
