Absolutely recommend! We wish we could have stayed longer. You can easily consider this apartment your place to be for trips to split (easily by train to avoid traffic), trogir, and a beautiful beach (not even a 10 minutes walk). The apartment itself is awesome, clean, and has a great balcony. On top of that, Ana is a lovely and super friendly host.

Ich habe selten solche Person im AirBnB Bereich kennengelernt. Sehr zuvorkommend, kommunikativ und immer bereit zu helfen. Zeit für smalltalk, an Nettigkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Am Tag unseres Ankunft, waren sie da und haben auf uns gewartet. Sie hießen uns mit Wein, Schinken und Baguette in der Wohnung willkommen und es war lecker. Ich kann definitiv diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir hätten sie uns für unsere gesamte Aufenthalt gewünscht.

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! Thank you for our stay.

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ein wirklich schöner Willkommensgruß stand bereit. Absolut empfehlenswert hierher zu kommen! Sehr liebe, herzliche Vermieter und die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern, war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had a wonderful stay here for 6 nights. We cannot complain about anything. Every detail was thought of and we needed nothing. The style and furnishing in the appartment is classic and modern. A lot of thought went into making it so beautiful. The appartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Wifi, TV, etc. Hot water on demand. Washing machine to help keep on top of things. AirCon for those hot days meant very comfortable sleeping. The balcony was beautiful to sit on for chats into the night. The location was perfect for us. A stone's throw away from the sea. A village environment with eateries and shopping facilities a short walk away. No hustle and bustle. Family friendly and welcoming. On a rare rainy day we found 2 umbrellas at our front door. Evidence that this host cares for her guests and wants to make their stay enjoyable. 100% from us.

Sehr entgegenkommender Gastgeber. Ruhige, gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Kein Problem mit dem Parken. Nur sind die Fenster seitlich und nicht zum Meer gerichtet. Aber vor der Wohnung gibt's Terasse, wo man sitzen und die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen kann.

Domaćin je jako ljubazan, za sva pitanja je uvijek tu. Apartman je predivan i čist. Lokacija je jako dobra. Sve preporuke.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser wirklich besonders schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Morgens den Tag mit Kaffee auf der Terrasse begrüßt und da auch abends den Tag mit dem Blick auf die Skyline von Split beendet. Besser geht nicht... Lily und Jonathan sind sehr aufmerksame und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemühte Gastgeber. Ganz lieben Dank für alles! 😊

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Mia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar vor der Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist: Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, da es sich um einen altes Steinhaus handelt. Uns hat es Anfang Juni super gefallen.

Tout est parfait. L'appartement est très confortable, moderne entièrement climatisé et particulièrement équipé. Top ! Jardin et piscine sont superbes. De plus l'appartement se situe à quelques minutes de la mer, à 20 minutes du centre de Split, 10 minutes de Trogir et 55 minutes du parc de Krka. Bravo et merci à Ivana et sa fille.

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

Ana hat uns ganz herzlich abends empfangen, kalte Getränke standen bereit & nach der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar direkt zu einem Supermarkt gefahren. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und die Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool einfach herrlich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Ana war immer erreichbar für jegliche Fragen und hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants oder ähnliches. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden. Gerne wieder ☀️

Adele jest cudownym gospodarzem. udostępniła nam swój kawałek nieba. Apartamenty nad samym morzem z bezpośrednim zejściem do wody. Wspaniała baza wypadowa na spacery, wycieczkę do Splitu czy Trogiru. można też cały dzień leżeć na plaży i odpoczywać nad przepiękną wodą. Adele to wyjątkowo miła osoba. Polecam i mama nadzieję, że tam wrócę.

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

Auch diese unterkunft ist ein kleines Juwel. mitten im Zentrum genau gegenüber eines sehr schönen Marktes für Obst Wein Honig etc. nur ein kleiner fussmarsch und man ist mitten in der Altstadt die sehr schön ist. Viele kleine Gassen mit mediteranem Flair. Auch hier wusste google nicht genau bescheid. Wir haben Fan auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt um mit ihr zu kommunizieren was auch sehr hilfreich war. Sie wusste wo wir uns befinden und ihr Mann hat uns abgeholt. Pluspunkt war das der privatparkplatz sich genau dort befand wo wir geparkt haben😁😅. super netter Mann es verlief alles ohne Probleme und wir hatten einen sehr schönen aufenthalt.
