My family and I had such a lovely stay at Ivan’s apartment! Private pool, walkable to restaurants and the beach, clean apartment, super friendly host. Ivan’s parents were so welcoming, they gave us some food when we arrived, also some home grown vegetables during the week, and then pancakes at the end! Ivan was also on call whenever we needed him, no matter how big or small. Highly recommend Ivan’s apartment, and we hope to come again!

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

This long-term stay was an absolute gem. Over the past two months, I found exactly what I needed here in Split. The host and their family went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my extended stay. The location served as a perfect base for exploring the Split area, and the hospitality made it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of my hosts, who consistently ensured my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning an extended stay in Split. Whether you're here for a few days or several months like I was, you'll find yourself in good hands with these wonderful hosts.

I rented both apartments for 8 people for 8 days and was very pleased with the quality of the apartments (spacious and airy, well equipped, clean), outside property (well maintained pool and the deck, upper terrace - gorgeous view of sea, lower - next to the garden, privacy with the green space behind the yard), and the location. It's centrally located in Kastelas, 5 min walk to the promenade and the beach, 15 min to airport, 20-30 mins to Trogir and Split, quick walk to a great bakery, markets and restaurants, main bus route is right there to all the towns. The hosts are very accommodating and prompt to respond (flexible check in, help with beach towels, local suggestions, help with parking ticket :). Highly recommend either of apartments. A point of caution if you rent a larger vehicle (I had mini van Opel Combo) - a bit tricky to get into the turn into the property, but that's typical for that size car on a lot of roads in the area :)

Lovely place and even more lovely villa! It has everything you could ask for. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Hana! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the ping pong table and the bikes. The beach is within walking distance, and both Trogir and Split are easy to reach by car in about 20 minutes. Very good communication with the host. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment was beautiful and clean, in a great location for getting around the old town (5 minute walk in). the highlight was the roof terrace with 360 views of the city. I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning location, set on a promenade that runs the full length of Podstrana, meters from the sea. Whilst the beach isn’t private, it certainly felt so to us as barely anyone else used it. So so peaceful. The apartment was so well thought out. Branka has literally thought of everything you could possibly need! luxurious and a real treat. The free use of the sun beds, kayaks, SUP and large beach BBQ made it difficult to leave and we spent a large amount of our holiday just there relaxing which turns out was just what we needed! A taxi to Split with uber is super easy and around 7-9 euros. Podstrana has many bars and restaurants in both directions and really good quality too. The area is still in development in places so in a year or so we imagine will be a lot busier. For us it was perfect exactly as it was. I’ve never returned to the same place before as there’s so many places to see but for this, we will be back.Thanks Branka & Ivan

Tomislav and his family were excellent hosts and the place was perfect for our family holiday (4 adults + 2 kids ages 6-7) He always answered my questions quickly and was very friendly. The place was very clean and tidy, a quiet neighbourhood from a walking distance to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool and the football / basketball court / playground nearby and Tomislav lent us 2 brand new balls for the kids to play with there. When we arrived there were already refreshments etc in the fridge and pastry for us and Maria provided us with other exquisite self made pastries several times throughout the week. Tomislav also kindly gave us a lift to the local supermarket on the arrival day to buy food etc, besides the house already had such necessities as toilet paper, pepper, salt, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, soap, washing detergents.. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place to anyone

So responsive! Helped us get in early and brought help to get our luggage up the stairs! Provided lots of recommendations and connected us with transportation to the airport. It was truly a million dollar view with everything we needed! Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly how it was described, a great little pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The size of the apartment was perfect for two with a good sized kitchen and bathroom and large balcony. 10 minutes walk to the old town and to the beach. The kind lady greeted us with our keys even when we had arrived a few hours before check in and always checked in to ensure we had everything we needed with a smile.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Don’t hesitate to book Biljana’s Suite Celebration. It looked just like the photos inside the apartment and having two bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies. It was clean, very comfy beds, ac in all rooms and shower and tub in big bathroom were awesome. If coming with a car there is parking in the street in front of the building but it could be tough if you come later in the day or night, but Biljana helped us find parking and is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Riva. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Thanks Biljana my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

The Airbnb is very well located, close (3 min walk) to several delicious restaurants, close to the water and the busier core of the city. It has all the necessary/listed amenities, a very cute kitchen and nice patio. It is a great place for a girls trip or a couple + 1 or 2 kids. The washing machine is quite small, so if you need laundry plan accordingly!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

Tomislav and Ivana were both extremely responsive from day one when I let them know our plane was delayed to the day we checked out. We received a great welcome when we arrived and discounts to some local restaurants. The location was perfect, two minutes walk to the beach, lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance and the harbour only a mile away. Apartment was lovely and relaxing and the pool and garden are in direct sunlight up until early evening. Would definitely recommend.
