I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. The apartment about 40sqm with separate entrance has 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 m bed. A living room with a kitchenette with dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower, towels and bath towels are provided. From the living area you can reach a balcony with a cozy sitting area and a beautiful view of the Saartal. The holiday apartment is located in a traffic-calmed dead end street.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Sonnenberg Studio! Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Small apartment, centrally located in Orscholz, for 2 people. Ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes, sightseeing in Luxembourg (12 km border). Bed is made, towels are provided. Kitchen fully equipped. Dogs are welcome. Blankets and bowls are provided. A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request.
