Beautiful little clean apartment for 4 people in a quiet residential area a little off the beaten path. The pool and tennis court are a small bonus. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is highly recommended and the communication top. Exploring the area, bathing in the sea and visiting towns, a car is necessary. Mosquito nets on the windows in the bedrooms would be a good upgrade to additionally deny the plague spirits of access. Antimoskito prevention were available in the apartment!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Poreč! The place was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything you need – from a well-equipped kitchen to all the necessary utensils. The air conditioning provided excellent service on hot days. The location in a quiet area was just perfect, and the large private pool was a real highlight. A barbecue and swing and rockers for children are also available. The landlords are a very loving and friendly young family who have always tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality made the difference. I highly recommend this apartment!

Super nice and clean accommodation. Located in a quiet place, away from the city and noise. In the immediate vicinity are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Communication was straightforward and requests were answered quickly. Would recommend this accommodation.

Delighted with the place. What we always pay attention to first is cleanliness. This is one of the few places there was no objection to when it came to cleanliness. Clean, tidy, has everything (and more) needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made us feel really welcome. If we ever have a need for a place to stay in the area, we would definitely come here again. We only have words of praise.

Great pool, fenced parking with automatic gate, carport high enough for cars with roof box. Apartment with air conditioning that has cooled the apartment well (at 34 degrees outside temperature). Kitchen sparsely equipped and otherwise the apartment is also not necessarily suitable if you want to stay in it all day, but you don't drive to Croatia for that. We were there for a week and felt very comfortable with very dear hosts!

Clean, large apartment with air conditioning and two small bathrooms, large balcony with awnings, shaded seating and trampoline in the garden - ideal for summer holidays! Beach reachable by car in 15 min, laundry service available not far from the property, restaurants and cafes partly within walking distance, very likeable village shop nearby... The best: the very friendly, helpful and courteous essentials of the house!

We had a wonderfool 9 days with Anita and Goran. They were very polite, great host, always there to help and give advice. Even Goran provide us and brought few liters of olive oil and perfect local wine-Malvazia for very good prise. Swimming pool is very useful with clear water and perfect temperature to refresh. The yard is very private with green fence around and few steps from studio. We will be beck there for sure in the future and recommend this place for people who like private and silent vacation.

Had a lovely stay. Dino and Mirjana are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive and make sure everything is well arranged during your stay. The apartment is well maintained and is spacious, neat and clean. We had a private roof terrace with sunbeds in the upper apartment and downstairs is a lovely (also well maintained) swimming pool with sunbeds which you share with maximum the other apartment. Nice villages, towns and restaurants within car distance. We definitely recommend this place and would like to come back again.

We had a really good time in Istria. The apartment is a very good base for visiting the region. The main highway is only a few km away allowing for good connections to all the main cities and towns. Pool and tennis court an added bonus. The apt is easy to use with a lovely balcony area where you can sit out and enjoy the weather and scenery. Very good communications with the owners.

An absolutely well-maintained and top modern renovated accommodation. The location is fantastic for anyone looking for peace and quiet near Porec. Very friendly and nice landlords. Everything worked out well. A jewel of Croatia.

The apartment has everything you need and everything even in a pretty good condition such as the beds were comfortable, modern bathroom, 2 air conditioners, nice balcony, etc. What I personally missed was a real beer glass ;-) What I would like to complain about is the cleanliness. We cleaned everything with a damp cloth (tables, window sills, dressers...) and it was dirty. It must be said that the housekeeper had little time for it. But although there were language difficulties with the housekeeper, she was very friendly and always there when you had questions, as she lives a few houses away. In summary, the shortcomings were not something that would prevent us from taking this apartment, quite the contrary. Many thanks to the hosts and to Maria

We immediately felt comfortable with the whole family and were able to have dinner directly in the restaurant across the street. We would also like to book the place again. Here you can walk super nicely and you can easily get to other places. It's been a wonderful time. Thanks very much.

We really enjoyed staying at Palmira‘s apartment. It was very clean and lovingly furnished/decorated. The host was really kind and gave us a welcome feeling right in the beginning. The only thing that was a pity was that the garden was not only for private use. It was a garden used by everyone. But all in all we definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again!

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

We had a lovely time staying at Nataša's beautiful place. Nataša is a very accommodating and committed hostess who leaves nothing to be desired and has made some nice recommendations for restaurants and the like. The highlight of the stay was the hot tub in the garden, which unfortunately greatly enhanced the cool evenings due to the weather. Porec is only 10 minutes away. The only small flaw is that due to the direct proximity of the bedroom to the kitchen of the host apartment, it was not possible to sleep in on two mornings due to rather light-sounding walls. We'd love to come back and a clear recommendation!
