Monthly Rentals in Katavolos

Wow! What an amazing stay. We felt the abundant Greek hospitality at every turn from the excellent communication from the hosts to the wonderful welcome baskets they provided. Literally, there was everything we could have needed to start our stay. The pool was directly out the front door, and the beach was just a short walk away. There were several delicious restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

Well, I don’t have much to say except that it was perfect. The villa is extremely clean, the most beautiful view, big pool just for ourselves and the kitchen had everything described. Leandros was very nice, he made sure to show us that he was available but stayed discreet during our stay, my baby boy fell in love with him! I definitely will come back. Again, the terrace and the view are juste great! See you again Leandros !

Dian and Marius were the perfect hosts. Dian welcomed us so warmly when we dropped our luggage and then when we returned later for check in. The apartment is as idyllic as pictured - really private, beautiful views, such a stylish interior. We had absolutely everything we needed amenities wise, plus a few extras like playing cards which were a real treat. The list of local recommendations was so helpful, and Dian was so quick with replies. Thank you so much for a wonderful restful stay!

We had a lovely holiday staying at Sea Breeze, Daphne was very helpful and gave clear instructions how to get there and where to park to access the villa. The photos hardly do the villa or location justice, with its marvellous panoramic view over the turquoise Ionian sea. The interior of the villa is lovely and we really enjoyed using the large pool. A steep, stepped path leads down directly to the two shingle beaches below which have beautiful clear water to swim in (both have tavernas to have lunch). The footpath from the villa to the beach is fine for reasonably fit people (my daughter and I enjoyed the challenge and went up and down several times a day) but the elderly may struggle. There are many places to eat within a short drive, in addition to Vitamins (the nearest and very popular restaurant) it is worth going to Agni Bay to eat at one of the beachside tavernas there, we tried Taverna Agni and Toula's. We loved our week here we will be back! Thank you Daphne!
