Holiday rentals with beach access in Kathu District

russ was a fantastic host. extremely helpful and very accommodating. there were things provided that usually aren’t at other airbnbs which we appreciated so much. the selection of pools you have are really amazing and the pool bar was very convenient and nice. the apartment itself was extremely clean and well taken care of and the lobby/common areas were great as well. we loved it here! the only thing we will say, is you do have to walk alongside a main road to be able to get to the restaurants and beach areas; but truthfully it wasn’t that big of a deal and was worth it to be able to stay there. highly highly recommend, we want to come back!

The apartment is large and beautiful, the location of the apartment is a bit far, but it suits me if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the area, which is a 7-minute drive. A beautiful area that is very interesting. The hostess is amazing, excellent service, there is a quick response

Die Unterkunft war unfassbar schön und Oleg war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er war steht‘s erreichbar und hat immer geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen und bei meinem nächsten Besuch wird es wieder diese Unterkunft sein.

Had a great stay in this Aibnb, the host is accomodating and very friendly. Also a strategic place near to Patong beach. Will repeat again if i ever come to phuket again. And thank you so much for the early check in and late checkout. Thailand you have my heart.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

Lovely place. The host was amazing. While on the trip my mom got sick and had to rush to the hospital. They were so helpful and responsive and allowed us to keep our bags there, until I made arrangements to get them. Will recommend this location!

Our place was wonderful. It was very central to many other restaurants and very close to the beach (2min walk). The host even gave some snacks upon arrival that were delicious. It was overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was excellent. It was close to every facility. The host was immediately helpful when contacted. It will be our first choice when we come again.

We stayed at the goodwill house and it was fantastic. Pool was great and right on the water. House is open and roomy. Short ride to Patong. Anucha had great communication and even offered laundry service. She went Above and beyond to make this trip memorable.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

The aprtment is under maintenance and smoe noise was around the electcric was cut with no notce

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!
