Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kathu District

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Overall, our stay was good. The location was very convenient and felt safe as well. Prapa was very responsive and helpful in accommodating me and my guest. She even offered to have the cleaners come in when I noticed some worms in the toilet. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, especially for large traveling groups!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Everything was simply perfect: quiet, cozy, with a well-thought-out interior and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de Patong, grâce au jardin et la piscine . Pratique, tout est accessible à pieds que se soit pour la mer, la ville, les restaurants ou autres loisirs . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, je recommande à 100%.

Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay, the kind you take and send photos to friends right when you arrive. There is a service to get you up the hill which is great and everyone is very friendly. Penny is amazing and while we did not need her much, she was always very reactive. I can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we come here.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

Pictures do not do this villa justice - it's much larger than it seems, has 4 floors, lovely roof terrace with hot tub and 2 more patios in an amazingly central location in Patong. Cleaning every day was a lovely treat and all the team who helped us during our stay were great including our host who was always very attentive. Would easily recommend and for what you are getting this property represents great value.

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

All the other team members were always helpful, very easy to communicate. our stay at villa was beautiful experience, swimming pool and jacuzzi tub were the highlight of stay. thank you

Fantastic location!! Everything was just like the photos and description. My family and I really enjoyed the privacy. The staff is incredible!!! They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as the sand at the beach!!
