Great house and location.

Super close to the town of Pa Tong, enchanting location and lots of trees and plants all over the complex. Somewhat outdated but overall a great stay - we extended it at short notice and everything worked well.

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Great villa, the pool was compact but perfect size for all of us. Rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was also clean and all amenities were there as described. The TV was easy to set up with our netflix etc and the location is perfect for Patong. Easy access to Tuktuks and overall a great location where it isn't loud or overly crowded. The pool table in the living area is a great addition and we had so much fun. The host is very responsive, friendly and clear in all her communications. She even allowed us to check in early on the day. Loved this place and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

A fine apartment with a nice jacuzzi on top - everything that is needed for a chill vacation

Our place was wonderful. It was very central to many other restaurants and very close to the beach (2min walk). The host even gave some snacks upon arrival that were delicious. It was overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

The place was really great and just right for a family. Everything is easily accessible and a lot in the immediate vicinity. A great one can also be rented not far from the property. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

everything was exactly how it was described.photos match perfectly .it's a lovely quiet place I love our stay there . The beach is a little walk around 15 - 20 Min. you have shop and restaurants very close to the property.

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

We were a family of four, and the stay was great for a family. The space was big, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Kamala Beach. Check-in was smooth, as the manager met us upon arrival during the day. The host communicated well throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was a sink blockage that wasn’t fixed, but overall, we had a good experience. Would recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Phuket was fantastic! From the moment of booking to the end of our stay, everything went smoothly thanks to the clear and friendly communication of the host. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with snacks and drinks in the house, a warm welcome after a long journey. The house itself was clean and well maintained. It was extra nice that we could indicate how often we wanted the house cleaned, what a luxury! The host was always available and responded quickly to all our questions, which ensured a carefree stay. Their kindness and helpfulness really made a difference. In short, an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others who want to visit Phuket!

We are 16 peoples come from Kolkata India for annual conference. Here is so much nice property we enjoying lots at Swimming pool . Secinic beauty , see the sea always , rooms and pool so much nice also clean. Safety and Security is so much good we are not facing any problems during our staying. Service Boys always active day to night just waiting for one call. Shopping, Bazar, 7/11 , restaurant is so near just walk-in distance . Property Owener Mr Dilon sir is so much and nice soft word we are not fell we out of india , felling always we r in home . Rooms and Bathrooms are so clean we are not worry. I recommend this property for staying at Phuket this is the best property, If I will come again staying my home a the Step 23 property. Ashis kumar Das

Just a heads-up: make sure to wait for Sam to send you the exact location through Airbnb messages—we took a taxi and got dropped off at the wrong spot, but it worked out fine. Sam helped us find a laundromat and shared some great tips and tricks for exploring Thailand. Highly recommend staying here!

Great price for an amazing hotel. Daily room service, laundry right down stairs and give it back very neat. Super close walk to the beach and 711. Bangla road is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend this place, also has a balcony to sit outside if you need fresh air.

nice friendly host, clean apartment with good ac. Apartment was on top of a hill so a bit of heavy walking but that was no problem

The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

my family and I came to Phuket for a month, stayed at Günter's place for a few days at first, already wrote a review recently about it and then moved to another place, but decided to return to this house, saw the availability at Günter and did not regret it. Great place, everything is fine, thanks to the host again, very responsive, after the first check-in we wrote in the wishes that it would be good to install wifi , but not necessarily and when we returned Günter installed wifi :) Very quiet quiet place , not far from the beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby. thank you again!

We stayed here with a family with children, we were satisfied. The photos and description correspond to reality. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a large set of utensils, it is convenient for those who like to cook, nearby there are grocery stores and markets where you can buy everything you need. Elena is always in touch and helps to resolve issues related to housing, shopping, etc. Convenient contactless check-in at any time of the day. I liked that the villa is in a closed guarded residential complex, where there are no outsiders and very quiet. The pool is divided into two areas - you can swim even with very small children.

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants. Great apartment, big and cozy, has everything you need. The beach is a 15-minute walk (if you walk), 5 minutes 7/11. The condo area is well-maintained, there are benches and a swing where you can just sit in the evening. A huge plus was that there are no dogs and our dog could safely walk. Thank you Catherine😌
