Huan is a fabulous host. Always responds promptly to queries and is very accommodative. For a weary traveler Huan's 2BR Apartment at Bay Cliff Patong is a must stay BnB. Very comfortable with a stunning unbeatable view from the lounge. The place is exactly as in the pictures at Airbnb website. A very well furnished kitchen turning it into a home away from home. 5 minutes walk from 7 eleven store is another plus point. Rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enormous apartment about 10 - 15 min walk from beach and convenient spot for collection when visiting other areas of Phuket. Great air conditioning throughout the apartment and the largest windows I have ever seen.

Great place and close to the beach, restaurants and Bangla Road Walking street. The host and staff were also super friendly, helpful and responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Will stay again if i’m in Patong.

Overall, the interior of the condo and the furniture were a little worn, but I stayed well for a month in a condo with good facilities and location at a good price. Central department stores and large supermarkets are close by, so it was good for living, and pharmacies and convenience stores are right around the corner. The pool and luggage are not big, but it was clean and well-maintained, so it was great to use. The child was young and could see it at a glance, so the pool wasn't big, so it was rather nice. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues we had.

Super close to the town of Pa Tong, enchanting location and lots of trees and plants all over the complex. Somewhat outdated but overall a great stay - we extended it at short notice and everything worked well.

Kannika was an excellent host, we enjoyed our stay. We faced several issues but she managed to assist us swiftly.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Great place well appointed, any issues were quickly addressed. Host very friendly and helpful. Clean and location was only about 20 min. walk to Kamala Beach.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

Just got back from an amazing stay at a villa in Phuket — total paradise. The place was spotless, private, Loved lounging by the pool and catching sunsets. Super close to beaches and great food spots too. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% go back!

It was a fantastic weekend! The pictures truly don’t do the place justice — the view is absolutely stunning and the house is incredibly spacious. The location is perfect: close enough to all of Patong’s main attractions, yet far enough to avoid the noise. There could be other noisy renters on the properties next door, but we didn't face the issue. Highly recommend!

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!
