thomas's unit is incredible, from quality furnishing, beautiful elegant design, quiet locatin for patong, and the unit was sparkling clean, i could not recommend enough. definitely will return.

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

Great and quiet place with beautiful view. Apartment is nicer than on pictures. New building, everything is clean. Mr Sompon is very helpful and nice man. High and deep uphill to get to the place- motorcycle is a must - impossible to walk every day… but with small scooter no problem at all and worth the views. Large apartment

Pristine place, good peaceful location near the old town and well, Art is just the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered. Very proactive, patient, incredibly helpful and such a fun and interesting person to talk to. You have great hosts and then you have Art, who goes above and beyond to make his guest feel as welcome and cared for as much as is humanly possible. 10/10 would recommend

We hadden een heerlijke tijd in het mooie appartement van Aleks. Het is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's! Alles is smetteloos schoon en vooral erg mooi. Je voelt je er meteen thuis en krijgt er het echte vakantie gevoel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement, en als er iets is, dan staat Aleks voor je klaar. Het is echt 5 sterren waard! Dank voor het heerlijke verblijf Aleks!

Marks place was perfect for our trip. We were 3 guests and training on the soi. The apartment is even bigger than the pictures look and the location is perfect for walking to any of the gyms on soi tai-ied. The pool on the roof is an amazing spot as well. Mark was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Marks place.

As someone who’s not into the party scene, Phuket Old Town is always my go-to—and this apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip, especially since I was traveling with my mom. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just 5–10 minutes away from many of the famous and Michelin-recommended restaurants in Old Town. The host truly stood out—he kindly allowed me to check in early and was incredibly helpful, sharing great local tips on where to eat and what to explore. He’s very knowledgeable and responsive, making communication smooth and effortless. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you need anything during your stay.

Very clean and awesome apartment, had everything I needed, internet connection was fast and stable, full kitchen equipment with everything I needed, area is good, peaceful, far from the busy paying but not so far, it takes 10 mins on bike to get to patong beach.

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa. Unser Highlight war der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo wir jeden Tag gerne viele Stunden verbrachten. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, das Zimmer im EG war etwas kleiner als die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer, aber nicht hellhörig und dennoch privat. Die Kommunikation mit Air war schnell und unkompliziert. An einem Tag gab es Probleme mit den Toiletten, woraufhin sie sehr schnell mit Handwerkern kam, um das Problem zu lösen. Sie gab uns außerdem Tipps für Ausflüge und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb des Geschehens, daher waren wir froh, dass wir Roller gemietet hatten (über Air vermittelt bekommen). Es war wirklich schön- danke für eine unvergessliche Zeit in eurer Villa!

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Even though there wasn’t much around the area, the apartment itself was wonderful, very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The terrace was especially peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

we loved our stay. it was close to tiger Muay Thai where we went everyday. Tops and other food and supermarket are all close by. We highly recommend this place.

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.
