Monthly Rentals in Kato Episkopi

We loved our stay at Nikolaus' house. The place was amazing, it felt full of history. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom had a lovely view out towards the mountains. The setting was so peaceful and away from all the tourist hotspots, but easy to get everywhere too. Nikolaos was a greast host - we arrived at 1am because of a delayed flight and he was up to meet us at the door. We also accidently locked ourselves out while sitting out on the beautiful terrace and he kindly arranged for us to be let back in again! Would definitely come back and would reccomend to anyone.

Beautiful spacious villa set set in the hills above Sitia. Cool, comfortable, stylish and well equipped inside , fabulous large outdoor area with terraces, eating area, shady green garden area and pool with loungers. We enjoyed a great week under cloudless skies chillling at the villa and visting Sitia (good selection of waterfront restaurants ) and surrounds. The best beaches are half hour or more drive away but well worth the trip. The local village Piskokefalo (a short drive away) has a great taverna with simple, good value local dishes. Mania our host was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The welcome pack with home made Moussaka and the surprise little departure gift were lovely touches. Thank you . Highly recommended. PS The Richtis gorge walk is a great outing but wouldn't recommend driving down to Richtis beach - very scary !

This stay was more than we expected! The house was new, spotless and modern. The pool was absolutely perfect - great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. And ofcourse the view -amazing 🤩 But what truly made this place was the host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. We came here for vacation, but left feeling like we made a new friend. Everything was just perfect, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly reccomend!

Thank you Maria for a lovely stay! The eats were really appreciated. All home made or from own production. A lovely peaceful stay in the olive trees, but close to both the village and the regional centre of Sitia. Recommended wholeheartedly!
