It's a two-level apartment. Upon entering the apartment there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. There is also a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor where the living room with the fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen and a large outdoor area with a dining table and an outdoor living room for coffee are located. It is a beautiful, convenient, quiet apartment suitable for a vacation. It is 300 meters from the beach and around there are many shops for food, drink, entertainment and shopping.

The studio is furnished on the ground floor, ideal for 2 persons. It is surrounded by beautiful garden and a large swimming-pool.The studio is part of 6 apartments located 18km from Heraklion on the road to Ag Nikolaos (area Gouves), 15 km from the airport and 50 meters from the bus stop (15). There is a nice sandy beach 900meters away. Nearby there are restaurants, super-markets,bars, cafes and a pharmacy. Outside of the property there is also a taxi station.
