The ancestors of the family in 1905 built this building with the neoclassical tendency of the time, for the use of a small commercial store. Today we thought to renovate it and offer comfort and tranquility to the visitor, in a green farm full of hydrangeas, fruit trees and overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Apartment 102 is a 30.71 m² bright and cozy apartment in Sola District Volos, located on the  first floor of the building. This unit features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, including oven, hot stove, kitchenware, glasses, cups, and cooking utilities, as well as a washing machine for convenience.
