Holiday rentals with a patio in Katowice

Kasia offers an absolutely fantastic place in a modern apartment building only 5 min from Katowice train station. The home is modern, with a big balcony and a nice interior. We can highly recommend the stay there. Downstairs is a great cafe for breakfast and coffee too and Kasia has always been super quick in replying.

We came to Katowice for one night and had a nice stay in Anna’s lovely flat. We felt very comfortable and homely right from the beginning. Everything was clean and well equipped. Anna also named shops nearby and places to visit which were helpful. I totally recommend staying at her place :)

Highly recommend this location, neighbourhood is beautiful and a variety of supermarkets are within walking distance of the home. The location is accessible with bus links into the centre of Katowice. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well equipped for all cooking needs. Communication with Patryk was simple and responsive, he provided some recommendations for things to do in the area which was very helpful. Would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at Alan's place! It's located in the center of Tychy, there's lots to do and also I always got answers to my questions quickly. Be aware that the house is located on the 3rd floor and there's a lot of stairs, no elevator. Not a problem for me personally, but might be useful for some people. Great place!

I have loved staying at Dorota's place, from the moment I have booked my stay until the end and after it was a pleasant experience. very easy to communicate, place superbly clean and everything as described. Easy to find and very close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Dorota was very attentive and made sure everything was as advertised. I can't recommend the place highly enough.

We only used the place for one night - and it's a shame! The place is very clean, comfortable, according to the description and presented photos. Mr. Sebastian is a very helpful, communicative, and welcoming host. Great location, peace of mind, quick access to public transport, close to shop and good restaurant. We were a group of ten - the space and all the basic amenities provided. I recommend! The place is really worth the price !!!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to stay. The terrace is very great and spacious. There is a modern kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. The location is very central and we felt very much at home.

Our family spent a week at this lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is bright and very well designed and decorated - just like in the photos. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Lots of cookware! The coffee from coffee machine was delicious. The area around the house is great too, with lots of space to play or relax outside, and there’s even a fire pit which made the evenings extra cozy. Would definitely come back and can happily recommend it to others.

You had a great stay. Very communicative and friendly host. The cottage fully matched the descriptions and photos on the website. A quiet neighborhood with easy access, and close to larger cities. In general, I highly recommend. In addition to minor shortcomings, like problems with the toilet, there's nothing to worry about.

Highly recommended :) We spent 4 days with our family and two dogs surrounded by nature and quiet. The cottage has all the basic amenities. Very good communication with the host. A good base for exploring the mountains. I hope we can visit again:)

The place was great. It lies in the beautiful surroundings of the forest surrounded by lakes. We had plenty of privacy and at the same time everything went smoothly, and the host communicated with us whenever there was anything needed. The house provided all the necessary amenities, the hot water barrel was great and always ready to use. The place is suitable and quite comfortable for 6 people (it is possible to unfold the couch in the living room). Only need to be mindful of hot water, which quickly ran out if a lot of people were showering at once. Overall, we rate the stay very well and recommend. And thanks again for checking in!:)

Great place! Fully equiped, spacious, in a quiet private corner surrounded by nature. Perfect for families or for friends gatherings in a discrete setting. We had a particular appreciation for the parking place, the terrace equipped with a gas grill, the comfy bed, the green space around the house and the communication with the host. A big thanks!

Very positively quirky place. It has super magic. Located in a very charming place and allowing you to rest easy. I recommend it for warmer months, but it's also nice in the winter. :)

I recommend to everyone :) Very good contact with the owner, we were given all the necessary information. The apartment is exactly like the photos : new, clean, fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment, in a quiet area from where it is close to the most important attractions of Zabrze: the Luiza and Guido mine. Next to grocery stores. We will definitely use it again for our next visit. Best regards :)

I highly recommend Henryk's room. The location is perfect; close to the historic center with wonderful views over the city. The apartment is stylishly furnished and Henryk and his wife are attentive and witty hosts. I'll be back for sure

The apartment provides everything you need. Access is possible by public transport, but definitely more convenient with your own transportation. Good access to Gliwice, Rybnik and, if necessary, to Zabrze, Chorzów or Katowice. Very helpful owner. Highly recommend.
