Classic summer cabin on the swedish countryside

A cozy cottage in the middle of Sörmland equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The shower is located outside, as the water is heated by the sun, hot water is not guaranteed. Hot water is available inside the cottage's kitchen and toilet. The cottage has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, deck chairs and barbecue grill. In the evening, the deer usually come out on the meadow that is just in front of the cottage. Swimming area is 5 km away, lovely nature trails for walking or cycling are in the area. On the farm, there are hens and a nice rooster.

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The forest is around the corner with very nice walking paths and cycling distance to the lake for swimming and activities. Welcome to a modern one-story house with an open floor plan, tasteful material choices, 140 m2 with everything you need. The house is located in a quiet area. You have beautiful nature directly outside the house. About 7 minutes by car to the city center, bus station 600 meters from the house. The garage is rented out in a separate ad 5 beds of which 1 x 160 cm, 2 x 120 cm, 2 x 80 cm. Sheets and towels are not included and are something you bring with you. Pillows and duvets are provided in each bed. NOTE: Cleaning is not included

The accommodation consists of an old soldier's cottage, where the main building consists of a kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms with a bed in each room and a living room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a guest house consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the guest house, there is also access to a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Enjoy your stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Övernatta i egen stuga vid vår lilla gård, Solsätter gård 8 min utanför Söderköping längs E22. Vi har 5 km till Tjenbadet, en mycket trevlig badsjö med grillplats och bryggor. På gården finns getter, höns, kaniner och katter. Det finns två enkelsängar på nedre våningen, 2-3 bäddar på det mysiga loftet. Trappan upp till loftet är brant, rekommenderas ej för barn under 12 år. Boendet passar bra om man besöker Kolmården, Vimmerby eller vill besöka Söderköpings och Norrköpings omgivningar.

Här bor ni lugnt med egen inhägnad uteplats och nära både natur, mataffär och Sportcentrum. 5 min med bil till Sportcentrum och Backavallen eller buss (nummer1), 10 min promenad till sjö, 2 min till mataffär. Huset ligger på baksidan av värdens tomt och en liten inhägnad gräsmatta samt träaltan finns utanför huset. Det ingår bland annat sängkläder, handdukar, toapapper och kaffe. Välkomna att bo på vår bondgård! Ta ett kvällsdopp i sjön, en SUP-tur eller njut av en kopp kaffe på er egna altan med sällskap av fåren (säsongsbaserat). Strosa runt i de omringande sörmländska skogarna eller ta en kanottur på sjön. På vintern kan ni ta med skridskor och ta en färd ut på sjön eller bada isvak för att sedan värma upp er i bastun. Efter det kurar ni upp er framför den tända brasan med ett par varma sockor, en varm kopp te och en spännande bok.
