Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Katwijk aan Zee

The cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location - really handy for day trips to Amsterdam, The Hague, Haarlem and Utrecht! Thank you Rudd for a lovely stay!

Hans was a great host, the check in process was smooth, and we loved seeing the artwork and ceramics in his gallery and throughout the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Gouda and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay and would 100% recommend!!

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

Karin's accommodation is wonderful. It is strategically great, as the surrounding towns/cities are not far away. You can easily reach them on foot or by bike. The accommodation is as described and is quiet and somewhat remote. We felt very comfortable. Karin was a very pleasant host. Thank you again for everything.

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and everything was working perfectly. The location is great, close to local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beautiful dome of Utrecht. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

What a fantastic place to stay! Ruben and his team were terrific, very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for both walking and public transport (there are three tram stations ~500m). The house is just as described and very well stocked. Plenty of options for cooking and coffee. Even though the neighborhood is only a block off a busy tourist area you would never know it when you step out on to the street. Quiet and private it was just what we look for in a rental. Thanks again for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning!

The place is very nice, especially for families up to two children. The kids loved the house bed and on rainy days it never got boring because of the toys there. The parent bed is very comfortable, good seating for everyone to eat and play. The bathroom/toilet is sufficient and modern. The apartment is centrally located. Supermarket, shopping street, promenade and beach are right around the corner. Bicycles can be parked in front of the apartment. With these you can reach a lot by bike through the great bike paths. Annemieke is a very nice hostess. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended.

A cottage near the beach. Own parking in front of the house, which is a big advantage in this location. Dog friendly. Everything was spotless. The steep stairs and that the sink was just in the kitchen didn't bother us at all. We felt really good here. Hanneke is a very nice host. We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.

very nice landlords, were greeted kindly with wine and flowers. Apartment as described, everything clean. Good location Shopping close, beach, restaurants reachable by bike in 5 minutes. Great sandy beach, many great excursion destinations accessible by bike on beautiful paths. Leiden is very worth seeing only 7 km away. Landlord has also given tips. Highly recommended. Apartment offers plenty of space even for bikes in the garden.

The accommodation is very clean and modern. Many cities around Noordwijk can be reached very easily by car. The area is very quiet and familiar. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again.

It was a nice short trip and the accommodation was ideal for it. We felt very comfortable and Jannette and Niko were very friendly and helpful. The couple also owns a restaurant, with really good food and very friendly staff. Absolutely recommended if you are there!

Lovely apartment, very spacious and clean, super nice and considerate host, great views of historic Leiden (including the windmill!), close by all the sights in historic Leiden, wonderful outside patio. Would definitely stay there again!

Katiche's accommodation was perfect for our short trip. Everything we needed was there. The proximity to the water is perfect There is a private parking space, which makes arrival and departure super relaxed. Katiche was extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable and slept restfully on the comfortable bed. Thank you!

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our second time staying with Margriet – and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! She was very flexible with the check-in and even let us arrive earlier, which was a big help. The place is cozy, spotless, and ideally located – just a short walk from the beach. We loved exploring the beautiful area with the two bikes that were provided. Margriet was always available, full of great tips, and even offered to drive us herself – so kind and thoughtful! Thank you so much, Margriet – it definitely won’t be our last visit!

The apartment is really nice (what you only miss is the cooking option), the location is simply great, everything is within walking distance and the landlords are really super nice! We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

Valentijn’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 9 year old, 6 year old and 10 month old). He communicated very well and quickly, the apartment was clean and the technology was fantastic. It was centrally located by the museums and Vondel Park and we would stay here again without hesitation.
