From the living room and the terrace you can see the boulevard, the dunes and the sea. There is always something to see: a cozy, lively location and yet quiet! Ligt op nog geen 150 m Boulevard/Zee en in de drukke winkelstraat van winkelcentrum de Zeezijde. Zon, zee, strand: kortom heel veel plezier! Appartement is ingericht voor volwassenen, helaas dus niet voor kleine kinderen of babies! Ook is het appartement geschikt voor 2 personen!

You have a private entrance, a cozy place/garden, and a shed to possibly place bicycles. 800 meters from the beach and close to the dunes, a lovely place to stay. Furthermore, our vacation home is a good place to take trips from there to, for example, De Keukenhof. Leiden, Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam can also be reached within half an hour by car.

By public transport, you can be in historic Leiden, with its museums, canals and bustling atmosphere, in a short time. Amsterdam can also be reached quickly by train.

Chalet Tulips & Dunes (Wassenaar, Beach)

Our cozy chalet is located right next to one of the most beautiful nature reserves of South Holland: Lentevreugd, which is only a few minutes away from the beach. In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Dit leuke, kleine, zomerhuis ligt op 5 min lopen van het strand en duinen en binnen 10 min lopen bevindt u zich in het centrum van Katwijk aan zee. Gratis parkeren is binnen 3 min aan te lopen. Voor het uitladen van de koffers kunt u in de straat parkeren. De Keukenhof is binnen 20 min. met de auto te bereiken. Ook is de Keukenhof met openbaarvervoer te bereiken. In de straat is een bushalte (Leiden en den Haag te bereiken).

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

Studio for 2 people

It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.
