Large holiday home in Katwijk aan Zee, for a family of 5 people, with a baby. The spacious house of 75 m² has 2 floors, a kitchen and bathroom. And a large garden. We have 2 AC! Free parking. Located 1 km from the beach, with 3 free bicycles. Close to a shopping center and restaurants (400 m). Near the beach, dunes and forest. The central location is ideal for trips to Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam and the Keukenhof. And of course perfect for the beach of Katwijk, nature and culture.

Cozy summer house 50 m away from the beach!

Dit zomerhuisje is gelegen in de Koningin Emmastraat te Katwijk aan Zee, ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het winkelcentrum, strand en zee ! Let op : dit is een zomerhuis, een zomerhuis is een klein huisje achter het woonhuis. Oppervlakte is totaal 25m2. De douche en toilet is 1 ruimte, na douchen is dus de wc nat, maar dit droogt binnen een half uur op. Verder is alles aanwezig : Gasstel, koelkast, afzuigkap, bestek, borden, kopjes, pannen etc Wel Wifi, TV etc. 2 fietsen gratis beschikbaar!

Een karakteristiek en recent verbouwd huis, op steenworp afstand van het strand en het dorpscentrum! De sfeervolle woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en telt 4 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 kleine en een multifunctionele zolderkamer. Het sfeervolle badkamer(tje) mag uiteraard niet ontbreken. In het tuintje staat de schuur en vind je een sierlijk begroeide pergola met turnringen, twee heerlijke relaxstoelen en een loungebank. Gratis parkeren via onze bezoekersvergunning na doorgeven kenteken.

Beautiful sunny house with a lovely garden. Close to the beach and very located for visiting cities like Amsterdam, Leiden, and Utrecht! Near Schiphol Airport. The beach, the charming village of Katwijk aan Zee, and the city of Leiden are all easy to reach as well as the musical Soldaat van Oranje. We have three cats, and we kindly ask if you like cats and would be willing to feed them. Above the shed, there is a resident living in an apartment. They are allowed to walk through the garden.

Kom tot rust in deze accommodatie met veel buitenruimte. Het grasveld is beschikbaar om te spelen en te wandelen. Er is vrij uitzicht over de bollenvelden naar de duinen. Let op in het kleine kamertje zijn de bedden 1,90 meter lang. Maak een mooie wandeling via de velden over het duin naar het strand en boulevard van Noordwijk. Bezoek ook Katwijk en Leiden.
