Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. The house is located in the holiday village Waldbrunn. A few minutes' walk from the holiday home there is a thermal bath with sauna. The house has an excellent location in the middle of nature and is the ideal starting point for great excursions. On site there is still electricity (€0.40/ kWh) and gas (€3.20/cbm) according to consumption as well as the tourist tax (€1.00/ adult)./day). Duvet covers and towels must be brought with you or can be booked (€13 p.p./set).

In der Umgebung können Sie Entspannen, Radfahren und Wandern. Der Katzenbuckel und die Therme sind in der Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar. Apotheke, Bank, Bäcker, Discounter und Gaststätten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Der Wohnraum Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 40 m². Es gibt einen Schlafraum (Bett 1,40 cm). Ein Kleiderschrank ist vorhanden. Im Aufenthaltszimmer gibt es neben einem Tisch mit Stühlen eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank sowie eine Couch. Eine Dusche mit WC rundet die Wohnung ab.
