The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

A wonderful, large luxury flat in a 500-year-old former farm - something very special. You will find a cozy, bright apartment on the top floor of an old villa, in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk to the market square. My daughter lived there very happily for almost 7 years.
