Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Beautiful Villa Ora

Villa Ora is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Our villa offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat surrounded by olive groves. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of our villa is the stunning outdoor area, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and olive trees.

Villa Lavinia sa bazenom u mirnom mjestašcu blizu mora nudi ugodan smještaj za obitelji ili grupu prijatelja do 10 osoba. Prostrana kuća sa 4 spavaće sobe - svaka sa svojom kupaonicom, prostranom kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom nudi komfor , a vanjska terasa sa kaminom i lounge kutkom idealna je za trenutke opuštanja. U dvorištu kuće nalazi se igralište za odbojku te stolni nogomet za razonodu. Kuća ima privatan parking (5 auta). Prekrasne plaže Jadranskog mora nalaze se na 1,5 km od kuće.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

The house is in a quiet location in the town of Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km restaurant and 1.5 km shop.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
