We stated for 6 weeks in the off season in the villa so experienced living in the property rather than a holiday. The villa is located at the rear of the owners house which meant they were always on hand if there were any problems. Unfortunately there was building work going on next door for much of our stay which both created noise and meant the garden lacked some privacy. We loved Kayakoy, with good restaurants in walking distance and the ghost village to explore. We walked through the surrounding pine woods which are very hilly and interesting. The road to Fethiye is steep and twisty, it takes 15 minutes to drive it. Oludeniz is about the same distance the other way for swimming a beach. Overall we loved our stay, despite a few teething difficulties with the villa. The area is great to explore, but you definitely need a car to make the most of it.

One word of insufficient, peaceful, wonderful place, we stayed peacefully as if we were in my own home, a quiet natural wonder, everything is perfect in the villa, the only problem is that you need to have a private vehicle or a car can be rented, it was a great holiday, thank you for everything

Amazing property, great pool Kayakoy is a great place to stay - be sure to visit the ghost village, Babadag and Fetiye. Try Zeus and Antik restaurants and the pancake restaurant next to the roundabout.

Very friendly, very helpful. They are always there for you if you need anything or have any questions. It was very beautiful and you have nice privacy. Reception and departure went well. We are super satisfied with the owner and with the beautiful villa. They also have a supermarket at the villa and a restaurant so you can order good food to the villa. Photos also match each other. Beautiful decorations, indoor pool can be heated in case the outdoor pool was fresh. If you are looking for the ultimate privacy with your family and a very quiet environment, I definitely recommend this!
