This was an awesome place, quite central and good value for money. The design of the flat is not very expensive, but is very creative and has all the necessities. It has a very spacious cloak room and the balcony is rather big and has a good view (you feel being in the city). It was a bit hard to get our stroller and luggage to the third floor, because there are no lifts in such houses, but there is nothing the host could have done about this. The host is very friendly and responsive, she answered all our inquiries right away.

Расположение отличное. Квартира светлая, тёплая, тихая. Спал как младенец. Интернет быстрый. Посуда, бельё, ванная все кристально чисто. Из минусов: нет микроволновки.

Это однокомнатная квартира в новом жилом комплексе с закрытым двором. Кухня и ванная прекрасно оборудованы, есть большой балкон. В окрестностях тихо, есть много магазинов, ресторанов и кафе, крытый рынок - ТЦ Сауран. Близко расположен ботанический сад, бульвар Норжол с основными достопримечательностями Астаны также в пределах пешей доступности. Лариса была очень отзывчива, помогла с ранним заездом, порекомендовала приложения для навигации по городу.

Отличная квартира с огромной террасой, что редкость для Алматы. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания, очень чисто. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, рестораны и аптека. Спасибо Маржан за дружелюбие и гостеприимство!

Хорошее расположение апартаментов для тех, кто планирует работать из дома. В 7 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ с продуктовым магазином, фастфудом и кинотеатром Рашида пришла на заселение, все показала. Помогла оформить регистрацию, да и в целом по всем вопросам оперативно отвечала Единственный минус- это не двухкомнатная квартира я явном виде, а однушка, из которой сделали 2 комнаты. В "спальне" нет окон. Это не мешает в повседневной жизни, но для работы 2 людям стоит учитывать Wifi нормальный, 40 Мбит на загрузку и отдачу. Работать вдвоём довольно комфортно При длительном проживании включена уборка раз в неделю

Özellikle sessiz ortamı, estetik mimarisi ve gün ışığı alan modern tasarımı sayesinde gerçekten dinlendirici bir konaklama geçirdim. Eduard hem profesyonel hem de nazik bir ev sahibi. Her türlü soruma hızlıca yanıt verdi ve ihtiyacım olduğunda destek sunmaktan çekinmedi. Kendimi güvende ve rahat hissetmemi sağladı. Astana-Kazakistan, tekrar gelirsem yeniden aynı yerde kalmak isterim. Eduard’a ve misafirperverliğine teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Отличный апартамент. Не очень просторный, но хорошо оборудаванный. Отличное расположение и хорошие хозяева. Рекомендую.

Great place to stay! Would come back anytime I am in Astana

This was the perfect place to stay in Astana. The location couldn’t have been better — everything we needed was nearby, and there were even convenient stores right in the building. Super easy to get around. The apartment itself was clean, incredibly spacious, and modern, with really cool lighting and stylish decor. It had everything we needed, and then some. The host was amazing — he held our luggage when we arrived early, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. Nothing to complain about at all — everything was spot-on. I’d absolutely stay here again if I come back to Astana. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, friends, or even remote workers looking for a solid home base in the city.

Вид шикарный, дом тоже. Есть всё необходимое, куча развлечений, дом большой и теплый. Шикарная банька, бассейн, футбол, бильярд, всё что душе угодно. На все вопросы всегда легко отвечали, помогали, в общем супер. Обязательно вернемся
