Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kazakhstan

We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Really great place not so far from sky station I come with my friends and I really recommend the staff are really kind! Best place for enjoying with friends or family.

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Mr Daniyar is a nice and kind person. We forgot our handbag at the property and he was so kind to drop it all the way to the city. Really thankful to him.

Really nice place. You can go for small hikes nearby. Spend a day there. Wish could have stayed more.

We had a good rest and enjoyed nature, despite the bad weather. Everything went according to plan, forgot the grill in the house and the hosts of the house returned it later. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your stay.

A great apartment in a newer, modern building. 2 minute drive from the bus station. Not a far walk to subway either. We really enjoyed staying here — clean, well equipped, cozy, and friendly host. Would happily stay again!

This was an awesome place, quite central and good value for money. The design of the flat is not very expensive, but is very creative and has all the necessities. It has a very spacious cloak room and the balcony is rather big and has a good view (you feel being in the city). It was a bit hard to get our stroller and luggage to the third floor, because there are no lifts in such houses, but there is nothing the host could have done about this. The host is very friendly and responsive, she answered all our inquiries right away.

Nazira is a perfect and great host, she deserves to be a super host. very responsive, friendly and very helpful. She provided drinking water and even suggest and brought a stand fan on our first night for additional Colling on the bed room and helped us to find a storage for our luggages during our check-out since our flight was on the evening. Special thanks to your son Alan who helped us to stored and collect our luggages in your storage. My wife and I really liked the apartment, very spacious 1 bedroom unit, very clean and complete basic amenities. The location is great, the property is gated and with some amenities, a lot of market stores, cafes and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Mega Park shopping malls. We will stay here again once we comeback to Almaty. Highly recommended. Thank you and hope to see you again Nazira!

Very nice apartment

The apartment matches the description. In a new building, looks fresh, everything is new. Large rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning. There is a courtyard, closed to cars, on the stylobate part. One of the disadvantages is the location - it's a bit far from the center. We mainly took a taxi for 20 minutes

My trip was supposed to be 4 days, and I decided to push to 6 because of how peaceful the place was ! The apartment is close to everything you could ask for, and the owner is extremely nice and answers every question you have. 10/10, would obviously comeback again!

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

We booked this accommodation, but the hostess of the apartment said that they decided to extend it and offered us another accommodation option in the same house, but on another floor. The house is good, none of the neighbors are doing repairs, in general it is very quiet. There are various shops, cafes, and places for walking in the district. In general, the area, although not central, is very convenient: you can reach Mega on a scooter in 10 minutes, there are places to walk, the area is cozy and quiet. The hostess is very responsive, helped with check-in, explained everything, gave recommendations where to go. It was very pleasant to communicate :)
