Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kazakhstan

We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Really great place not so far from sky station I come with my friends and I really recommend the staff are really kind! Best place for enjoying with friends or family.

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Нам очень понравилось! Дом чистый, уютный, есть всё необходимое. Двор красивый и ухоженный. Хозяин добрый, помогал нам во всём. Место тихое, рядом красивые горы и свежий воздух. Отличное место для отдыха, рекомендуем!

المكان مريح في الريف جدا، العامل اللي استقبلنا ( مراد ) شخص غاية في الأخلاق و التعامل و المساعدة، أنصح به للعوائل و للشباب، البيت نظيف جدا وحديث و تصميمه جميل، فقط تنبيه أن تطبيق يندكس ما يوصل للمنطقة، لكن أصحاب البيت تعاونوا معنا و نقلونا بسيارتهم الخاصة مجانا إلى منطقة قريبة من المدينة.

Хорошо отдохнули и насладились природой, не смотря на плохую погоду. Все прошло по плану, забыли в доме гриль и хозяева дома вернули его позже. Спасибо за возможность приятно провести время.

A great apartment in a newer, modern building. 2 minute drive from the bus station. Not a far walk to subway either. We really enjoyed staying here — clean, well equipped, cozy, and friendly host. Would happily stay again!

This was an awesome place, quite central and good value for money. The design of the flat is not very expensive, but is very creative and has all the necessities. It has a very spacious cloak room and the balcony is rather big and has a good view (you feel being in the city). It was a bit hard to get our stroller and luggage to the third floor, because there are no lifts in such houses, but there is nothing the host could have done about this. The host is very friendly and responsive, she answered all our inquiries right away.

Nazira is a perfect and great host, she deserves to be a super host. very responsive, friendly and very helpful. She provided drinking water and even suggest and brought a stand fan on our first night for additional Colling on the bed room and helped us to find a storage for our luggages during our check-out since our flight was on the evening. Special thanks to your son Alan who helped us to stored and collect our luggages in your storage. My wife and I really liked the apartment, very spacious 1 bedroom unit, very clean and complete basic amenities. The location is great, the property is gated and with some amenities, a lot of market stores, cafes and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Mega Park shopping malls. We will stay here again once we comeback to Almaty. Highly recommended. Thank you and hope to see you again Nazira!

Very nice apartment

Квартира соответствует описанию. В новом доме, выглядит свежо, все новое. Большой метраж комнат, удобная кровать, кондиционеры. Есть внутренний двор, закрытый от машин, на стилобатной части. Из минусов можно отметить местоположение - далековато до центра. Добирались в основном на такси за 20 мин

My trip was supposed to be 4 days, and I decided to push to 6 because of how peaceful the place was ! The apartment is close to everything you could ask for, and the owner is extremely nice and answers every question you have. 10/10, would obviously comeback again!

Отличный апартамент. Не очень просторный, но хорошо оборудаванный. Отличное расположение и хорошие хозяева. Рекомендую.

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

Забронировали это жилье, но хозяйка квартиры сказала что его решили продлить и предложила нам другой вариант размещения в этом же доме, но на другом этаже. Дом хороший, никто из соседей не делает ремонт, в целом очень тихо. В округе есть разные магазины, кафе, мест для прогулки. В целом, район хоть и не центральный, но очень удобный: до Меги на самокате можно доехать за 10 минут, есть где погулять, район уютный и спокойный. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, помогла с заселением, все объяснила, дала рекомендации куда сходить. Было очень приятно общаться :)
