Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed.Aiconditioning,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, 2 km from Korisia port and close to all restaurants and bars. There is also a mini-market in the village. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 5 minute walk away.

A large self contained private apartment (250 sqm +) with 2 entrances a long balcony with seating/eating area and restricted views of the bay. The location is very convenient for both swimming at Gialiskari beach (5 mins walk to the left) and the village of Vourkari (5 mins walk to the right). My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sea-views, the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and families.

House 1 is on the first floor of a maisonette with an independent entrance and completely private. The large 65sq meters swimming pool is only 30 meters from the house. The apartment is ideal for a small family or 4 friends, who want to be near the sea and have a swimming pool. The apartment is minimal in design with white and light grey colors.There is air-conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. On the balcony there is a gas barbecue.
