Holiday rentals with beach access in Kea

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

Kostas and his family were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They were the best hosts. The listing was just as described. The terrace facing the sea is great and it was nice to eat and spend time with the family. Three bedrooms allowed family members to have their own peace. The sea is right next door and a couple of hundred meters away is the nearest beach for swimming, larger sandy beaches are a kilometer and two kilometers away. We also had the company of an adorable girl cat, who is really friendly and people-oriented. Remember to put water on the table for him! The village of Daskalio has really steep hills, so you have to drive carefully with the car and if you are into jogging, there are good opportunities for uphill training. The area is peaceful and when we were there before the actual summer holiday season, the restaurants were not open for a week. The nearest decent grocery stores are in Keratéa, so driving is necessary.

We needed a place to stay overnight for our connecting flight. Jenny's place was a great option in regards to pricing and proximity to the airport. Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She picked us up from and dropped us back to the airport, recommend nearby restaurants, and made sure everything went super smooth. She's definitely the most responsive and proactive host I've experienced so far. Thank you for everything.

We had a very nice and relaxing time in Saronida. The apartment was very clean with modern and new furnishings. The absolute plus was the large terrace, with a great view of the sea. Those who are bothered by possible street noise should consider booking, for us it was not a problem. Communication and tips were great 👍

Spiros is a nice person and was great with communication. Unit was clean and just about 5 minutes from the central area.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Excellent experience & amazing view and peaceful area. The host was very friendly, communication was very good and they were very understanding as I had my bridal preparation there. Definitely recommended!

We stayed one night at Dion’s place in between our arrival in Athens and our trip to the islands via ferry. The place was perfect! We were able to decompress after our long flight and also see some of the local sites and restaurants before we left for the islands. The space was clean and comfortable and we will look to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

Maria was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed and knew all we needed to know about the island! She was on hand to help at all times couldn’t recommend her enough! The flat was amazingly located and had everything we needed and wanted! Highly recommend. You will need and want a car to get around!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. Sunset is amazing, swimming with sea views is a great experience. Lots of beautiful little beaches nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walk! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or in the evening before the aperitif! We loved this stay! We recommend the house.

We stayed at Mrs. Paraskevi's house for the three-day weekend of the Holy Spirit, a group of 7 people. The house was in a very good location near the village and close to a supermarket/bakery. Although many people never crammed. The courtyard of the house is ideal to make you not want to leave! Our hosts were very friendly and completely informative and helpful. I would gladly return in the future

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Eleni was an amazing host! Her condo was absolutely stunning! The view was just perfect! And the room was very clean and neat! She recommended many things to do and restaurants to go to and they did not disappoint! It was overall an amazing stay and I cannot wait to book with her again!

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

had a lovely staying here, beautiful view of the boats in the bay and the apartment is nicely decorated. I felt safe and cozy ✨️ the only negatives were the loud construction near by and I didn't learn of the hot water switch till the last day. the cold showers were very refreshing 😅

We had a lovely stay in the apartment! After booking, recieving a guide to the local area with all the information you'd need made by Gabe and clear instructions on how to get in (which were easy to follow). The apartment itself was definitely worth the money being very spacious and containing all you'd need (Plenty of kitchen utensils (salt, pepper, oil), soaps in the bathroom, games cupboard, spare towels and sheets). The location of the apartment was ideal with there being a bakery, convince shop and beach under a 5 min walk away! Overall more than happy with our stay in a beautiful, peaceful place 😌 Would definitely recommend! Thanks Gabe 😀

We've stayed with Michalis twice now at two of his apartments and he is always the best! This apartment was big and bright, with a great patio, and would be good for 1 to 6 people - big! And it's close to Rafina port so that you can have a restful moment between flight and island. Michalis is so nice and helpful and always wants to make things more convenient! Totally recommended.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

My only disappointment was I did not have more time to stay at Katerina’s gorgeous apartment! The view of the ocean could not be beat, the apartment was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully arranged and Katerina’s responsiveness as a host was remarkable and incredibly hospitable. In addition to providing the perfect space to relax and enjoy Rafina and its beautiful seaside, Katerina thoughtfully provided a selection of food and beverages that meant I could enjoy meals on the patio easily without having to immediately go shopping. I can’t wait to return!
